Claims (8)
- スイッチングデバイス(2)と、接続接点(4、5)を有する少なくとも1つの接続モジュール(3)とを有する回路遮断器ハウジング(1)を備える回路遮断器モジュール(6)であって、
前記回路遮断器ハウジング(1)は、スイッチデバイス(2)と、接続ラインおよび/またはバスバー(21)の多数の接続接点(4、5)とを保持し、
第1ハウジング部(1a)および第2ハウジング部(1b)を備え、
結合または組立状態において、前記第1および前記第2ハウジング部(1a、1b)は、前側(7)と、前記前側の反対側に位置する後側(9)と、少なくとも1つの接続側(8)と、互いに反対側に位置する端面(10)とを形成し、
接続接点(4、5)のうち1つを有する接続モジュール(3)用の保持チャンバー(11)は、前側(7)および/または少なくとも1つの接続側(8)に形成され、
前記接続接点(4、5)は、結合または組立状態において、前記ハウジング部(1a、1b)によって保持される結合接点(13)に電気的に接続する接触要素(12)を有し、
前記結合接点(13)は、前記接続側(8)に形成されたハウジングスロット(20)を介してアクセス可能であり、
少なくとも1つの第1接続モジュールおよび1つの第2接続モジュール(3)が設けられ、
前記第1接続モジュール(3)または前記第2接続モジュール(3)は、接続接点(4)としてねじ端子を有するか、ねじ端子として構成され、または
前記第1接続モジュール(3)または前記第2接続モジュール(3)は、接続接点(5)としてねじなしのばね端子を有するか、ねじなしのばね端子として構成され、
前記接続モジュール(3)は、接続ラインのための接続開口部(3a)が形成されたモジュールハウジング(25)と、接点開口部(3c)とを有し、前記接続開口部(3a)は、前記接続接点(4、5)につながり、
前記接続開口部(3a)は、前記接続モジュール(3)が前記保持チャンバー(11)に挿入されたときに、前記前側(7)または前記接続側(8)に向かう前記モジュールハウジング(25)のハウジング側に配置され、ハウジング側と面一になるか、またはその面を形成し、
前記接点開口部(3c)は、前記接続モジュール(3)が前記保持チャンバー(11)に挿入されたときに、前記保持チャンバー(11)のチャンバーベース(29)に向かう前記モジュールハウジング(25)のハウジング側に配置されることを特徴とする、
回路遮断器モジュール(6)。 - 前記ハウジングスロット(20)は、ハウジングの全幅にわたって延びる請求項1に記載の回路遮断器モジュール(6)。
- 前記接続モジュール(3)用の前記保持チャンバー(11)は、前記前側(7)および/またはそれぞれの前記接続側(8)からアクセス可能である請求項1または2に記載の回路遮断器モジュール(6)。
- 前記モジュールハウジング(25)には、接続接点(4、5)を作動させるためのツール開口部(3b)が形成され、前記ツール開口部(3b)は、前記接続モジュール(3)が前記保持チャンバー(11)に挿入されたときに、前記前側(7)または前記接続側(8)に向かう前記モジュールハウジング(25)のハウジング側に配置され、ハウジング側と面一になるか、またはその面を形成する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の回路遮断器モジュール(6)。
- 前記第1ハウジング部(1a)または前記第2ハウジング部(1b)の少なくとも1つは、機械的、電気または電子、熱、磁気および油圧式のスイッチングデバイス(2)からなる群から選択されたスイッチングデバイスを保持するように構成される請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の回路遮断器モジュール(6)。
- 前記第1ハウジング部(1a)または前記第2ハウジング部(1b)の少なくとも1つが、半導体スイッチまたは可動接点と固定接点とを持つ接点システムを有するスイッチングデバイス(2)を保持するように構成される請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の回路遮断器モジュール(6)。
- 請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の多数の単極または多極の前記回路遮断器モジュール(6)をそれぞれ備える回路遮断器(28)。
- 多数の接続モジュール(3)および/または回路遮断器モジュール(6)を一緒に導電的に接続するために、それぞれの前記接続モジュール(3)の結合接点(13)とプラグ接触できるバスバー(21)を備える請求項7に記載の回路遮断器(28)。
