Claims (4)
- 鋳片を牽引する方向に対し垂直方向に配置され、且つ前記鋳片の両側に対称的に配置されて前記鋳片を挟み、互いに逆方向に回転して前記鋳片の軸方向に沿って前記鋳片を牽引する2つの牽引ロールと、
2つの前記牽引ロールに対応的に接続されて2つの前記牽引ロールの回転を駆動する駆動機構と、
前記牽引ロールと前記駆動機構が対応的に装着される第1固定架と、
前記鋳片の軸方向に沿って設けられるスライドレールを有する第2固定架であって、前記第1固定架が前記鋳片の軸方向に沿ってスライドレールにスライドして装着される第2固定架と、
前記鋳片の軸方向に沿って前記第1固定架に当接して前記鋳片の牽引過程における牽引力の変化を検出するロードセルであって、少なくとも1つは、前記第2固定架の一側に設けられるロードセルと、を含み、
少なくとも1つの前記牽引ロールは、内部にそれと同軸に設けられる貫通孔を有しており、前記貫通孔内には、前記牽引ロールを冷却するための流通可能な冷却液を有し、
前記牽引ロールの両端は、前記第1固定架が延出され、それぞれ回転シール機構を介してアダプターに接続されることによって、前記アダプターを介して液体供給設備に接続され、前記冷却液を貫通孔内に流通させる、
連続鋳造用冷却牽引複合装置。 - 前記回転シール機構は、
一端が前記牽引ロールに固定接続され、内部に前記アダプターが装着される取付ステーションを有して前記アダプターを前記貫通孔に相対させるシリンダと、
ねじ接続で前記シリンダの他端に接続されて前記貫通孔の軸方向に沿って前記アダプターを押圧するエンドキャップと、を含み、
前記アダプターは、前記貫通孔から離れる一端に液体ガイド管が設けられ、前記液体ガイド管は、前記エンドキャップから延出して前記液体供給設備に接続され、
前記シリンダと前記アダプターとの間に第1軸受が設けられ、前記アダプターと前記牽引ロールとの間に回転シールリングが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続鋳造用冷却牽引複合装置。 - 前記牽引ロールは、一端が入水端であり、他端が出水端であり、前記入水端の前記液体ガイド管は、対応的に前記液体供給設備の出力端に接続され、前記出水端の前記液体ガイド管は、対応的に前記液体供給設備の入力端に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の連続鋳造用冷却牽引複合装置。
- 前記液体供給設備は、工業冷水機であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の連続鋳造用冷却牽引複合装置。
