Description
Claims (14)
- 筐体の内周面に配置され、電磁力を発生する第1部材を備える固定子と、
前記固定子の内周面に対向する外周面に配置されて前記第1部材と共に電磁力を発生する第2部材を備える回転子と、
前記回転子の内部に備えられ、変速可能に形成されたギアアセンブリと、
前記ギアアセンブリを制御する制御部と、
を含み、
前記回転子の内部には、前記ギアアセンブリに備えられたギアプレートに結合されるギア歯が形成され、
前記ギアアセンブリは、前記回転子が回転することにより、出力シャフトに動力が伝達されるように構成され、
前記ギアアセンブリは、
前記回転子が回転することにより回転する少なくとも1つのギアプレートと、
前記少なくとも1つのギアプレートのいずれかと選択的に結合するように形成された連結ギアと、
前記連結ギアを軸方向に移動させる移動部と、
前記連結ギアが回転することにより共に回転して回転力を外部に伝達する出力シャフトと、
を含み、
前記制御部は、変速信号に応じて前記移動部を移動させ、前記連結ギアが前記少なくとも1つのギアプレートのいずれかに結合されるか、又は結合が解除されるようにして前記出力シャフトを制御する、
変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。 - 前記第1部材は、電流が供給されるコイル部であり、
前記第2部材は、磁石である、
請求項1に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのギアプレートは、少なくとも1つの衛星ギアを含む、請求項1に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのギアプレートは、
前記回転子の回転速度より遅い速度で回転する第1ギアプレートと、
前記第1ギアプレートより速い速度で回転する第2ギアプレートと、
前記第2ギアプレートより速い速度で回転する第3ギアプレートと、
を含む、請求項3に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのギアプレートのそれぞれは、前記連結ギアに結合するように凹凸形状の内周面を有する連結部を含む、請求項1に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。
- 前記衛星ギアは、
回転子の内部に形成されるギア歯(Gear Tooth)に噛み合うように配置された第1衛星ギアと、
前記第1衛星ギアが回転することにより回転し、前記連結ギアが結合できるようにする結合中空が形成された中心ギア又はキャリアと、
を含む、請求項3に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。 - 前記衛星ギアは、前記第1衛星ギアに噛み合って前記第1衛星ギアの回転により回転する第2衛星ギアをさらに含み、
前記中心ギアは、前記第2衛星ギアに噛み合って回転する、
請求項6に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのギアプレートのうち、前記連結ギアが連結されていないギアプレートのギアプレートキャリア又は中心ギアは、筐体との固定が解除されるように形成されている、請求項7に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのギアプレートの少なくとも1つは、
隣接するギアプレート間に設けられ、前記連結ギアの外周部より大きい内径の中空が形成されるニュートラル領域を含む、
請求項5に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。 - 前記連結ギアは、前記出力シャフトに嵌合され、
前記連結ギアが前記少なくとも1つのギアプレートのいずれかに連結され、前記出力シャフトが回転するように前記連結ギアの移動を制御する制御部を含む、
請求項9に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。 - 前記制御部は、前記連結ギアが前記ニュートラル領域から前記少なくとも1つのギアプレートのいずれかに連結されるように前記移動部により移動すると、前記連結ギアに連結されるギアプレートを前記連結ギアと同程度の速度で回転させるように構成されている、請求項10に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。
- 前記移動部は、
一側にネジ山が形成され、前記出力シャフトを覆う移動ロッドと、
回転することにより、前記移動ロッドに形成されたネジ山に噛み合って前記連結ギアを移動させるベベルギアと、
前記移動ロッドの位置及び移動距離を保存するエンコーダと、
前記ベベルギアを回転させる移動モータと、
を含む、請求項10に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。 - 前記移動ロッドのネジ山が形成された領域には、両側に扁平な回転制限面が備えられ、
前記移動ロッドは、前記回転制限面により前記ベベルギアの回転に応じて直線移動するように構成されている、
請求項12に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。 - 前記移動部は、移動ロッド固定装置をさらに含み、
前記移動ロッド固定装置は、前記移動モータの回転がない場合、前記連結ギアが軸方向に移動せずに前記移動ロッドが固定されるように構成されている、
請求項12に記載の変速部を内蔵した電気モータ。
