Claims (5)
- 第1電極板の第1電極無地部上に第1電極基材タブを、第2電極板の第2電極無地部上に第2電極基材タブをそれぞれレーザー溶接するステップと、
セパレータを前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板との間に介在させて電極組立体を形成するステップと、
前記電極組立体をケースに収容するステップとを含む、二次電池の製造方法であって、
前記第1電極基材タブと前記第2電極基材タブが溶接される溶接部位に予め設定された溶接パターンを有するようにレーザービームで溶融接合し、
前記溶接部位はスポット溶接され、スポット溶接部位が重なって前記溶接パターンが形成される、二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記レーザービームが照射される前記溶接部位は、前記第1電極基材タブおよび前記第2電極基材タブにある、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記レーザービームが照射される前記溶接部位は、前記第1電極無地部および前記第2電極無地部にある、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法で使用する二次電池用レーザー溶接装置であって、
レーザー溶接装置の本体の一側に設置されて入射する溶接部反射光を感知するセンサ;
前記本体の内部に設置されて溶接部位から反射する溶接部反射光を前記センサに伝達する複数の反射部材;および
前記センサと有線または無線で連結されて前記センサの出力値を予め設定された基準値と比較して前記溶接部位の不良の有無を判定する制御部を含む、二次電池用レーザー溶接装置。 - 前記センサはフォトダイオードセンサである、請求項4に記載の二次電池用レーザー溶接装置。
