Claims (3)
- 被加熱物を収容する加熱室と、
マイクロ波を生成するマイクロ波発生部と、
一端が前記加熱室に接続され、かつ前記マイクロ波発生部が取り付けられた導波管と、
中心導体、絶縁体および外部導体を有する同軸コネクタと、を備え、
前記マイクロ波発生部は、発振器システムが配置された基板を有し、
前記中心導体は、前記マイクロ波発生部の前記基板に接続された前記マイクロ波発生部側の端部と、前記導波管内に突出する前記導波管側の端部とを有し、
前記同軸コネクタは、前記中心導体と前記絶縁体との間に設けられたエアギャップを有する、マイクロ波加熱装置。 - 前記同軸コネクタが、絶縁体の表面から突出するように形成されて前記中心導体を保持する位置決め部をさらに有し、前記エアギャップが、前記位置決め部により分割された不連続な空間である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波加熱装置。
- 前記エアギャップが、0.4mm以上、0.8mm以下の寸法を有する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波加熱装置。
