Claims (3)
- 被加熱物を収容する加熱室と、
マイクロ波を生成するマイクロ波発生部と、
中心導体、絶縁体および外部導体を有し、前記マイクロ波発生部の出力端に前記中心導体が接続された、同軸コネクタと、を備え、
前記同軸コネクタは、前記中心導体と前記絶縁体との間に設けられたエアギャップを有する、マイクロ波加熱装置。 - 前記エアギャップが不連続な空間である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波加熱装置。
- 前記エアギャップが、0.4mm以上、0.8mm以下の寸法を有する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波加熱装置。
