〔実施の形態1〕
(接合品の構成)
本実実施形態に係る接合品の構成について説明する。図3は、重ね合せ構成である接合品の概略構成を示す断面図である。図4は、差込構成である接合品の概略構成を示す断面図である。図5は、すみ肉構成の接合品の概略構成を示す断面図である。図6の6010は、貫通構成の接合品の概略構成を示す断面図であり、図6の6020は、図6の6010に示された被着部材1の概略構成を示す斜視図である。
本実施形態における伝熱抑制構造4は、被着部材1の入熱部1cから伝導し周縁部分へ到達する熱流束が小さくなる構造であれば、特に限定されない。特に、伝熱抑制構造4は、被着部材1における入熱部1c(被着部材1における接着剤との接触部分)と入熱部1c以外の部分を空間により仕切る構成であることが好ましい。
被着部材1は、熱伝導率1w/m・K以上である材料であれば、特に限定されない。被着部材1の材料として、例えば、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、銅、銅合金、鉄といった熱伝導率10w/m・K以上の金属、熱伝導率が1~10w/m・Kの高熱伝導樹脂等が挙げられる。
被着部材2は、被着部材1と接着可能な材料で構成された部材であれば、特に限定されない。被着部材2の材料として、例えば、金属、樹脂、ガラス、セラミック等が挙げられる。
接着剤3に含まれる樹脂は、前記熱により硬化剤と反応して硬化する樹脂であれば特に限定されず、エポキシ樹脂、シリコーン樹脂などが好適に挙げられる。接着剤3に含まれる硬化剤は、前記熱により樹脂と反応して硬化する硬化剤であれば特に限定されないが、エポキシ樹脂を低温短時間で硬化させる観点から、アミン系化合物、イミダゾール系化合物、およびチオール系化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類の化合物を含むことが好ましい。また、接着剤3の前記熱による硬化反応を制御する観点から、前記硬化剤を含有するコアと前記コアを被覆するシェルとを含むカプセル型硬化剤を用いることが好ましい。
入熱工程における被着部材1に対する入熱方式は、局所加熱可能な方式であれば、特に限定されず、非接触式であってもよいし接触式であってもよい。非接触式の入熱方式としては、例えば、レーザ、電子ビームによる集光加熱、高周波、マイクロ波等による電磁波加熱等が挙げられる。また、接触式の入熱方式としては、例えば、セラミック等のヒータ加熱が挙げられる。
図11は、被着部材1における入熱部分4bの一例を示す斜視図である。図11に示されるように、入熱部分4bは、複数有することが好ましい。そして、入熱方式として、レーザ、電子ビームによる集光加熱を採用する場合、入熱部分4bは、レーザ、電子ビームを接着剤へ集光可能なレンズ形状であることが好ましい。これにより、被着部材1への入熱範囲および入熱量を調節でき、短時間で接着剤を硬化できる。さらに、入熱部分4bが複数有することにより、レーザの同時多点照射または多点走査照射が可能となる。このため、接着剤の均一硬化を実現できる。
本発明の他の実施形態について、以下に説明する。なお、説明の便宜上、上記実施形態にて説明した部材と同じ機能を有する部材については、同じ符号を付記し、その説明を繰り返さない。

前記第1の部材に接着可能な材料で構成された第2の部材と、

前記第1および第2の部材の両方に接触するように、前記第1の部材の凹部に熱硬化性の接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、
前記第1の部材における前記接着剤の塗布面と別の面から当該接着剤の塗布領域へ向けて熱を導入する入熱工程とを含み、
前記第1の部材は、熱が導入される入熱部から周縁部分への伝熱を抑制する伝熱抑制構造を有することを特徴とする接合品の製造方法。 - 熱伝導率が1w/m・K以上である第1の部材と、前記第1の部材に接着可能な材料で構成された第2の部材との接合品の製造方法であって、
前記第1および第2の部材の両方に接触するように熱硬化性の接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、
前記第1の部材における前記接着剤の塗布面と別の面から当該接着剤の塗布領域へ向けて熱を導入する入熱工程とを含み、
前記第1の部材は、熱が導入される入熱部を構成する材料が入熱部以外の部分を構成する材料よりも伝熱量が小さくなっており、
前記接着部との接触部分と当該接触部分以外の部分とを別部材で構成し、
前記接着部との接触部分は、前記接触部分以外の部分に挿入される入れ子部材として設けることを特徴とする接合品の製造方法。
