Description
本発明は下記<1>~<15>の態様も含む。
<1>
ペースト状の充填および仕上げ材料のための組成物であって、少なくとも1つの充填剤、少なくとも1つの結合剤、および添加剤を含み、前記少なくとも1つの充填剤が、3~20、好ましくは4~15、より好ましくは5~10、最も好ましくは6~8の密度依存性流動性(ff ρ )値を有する、組成物。
<2>
前記少なくとも1つの充填剤が、中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムである、<1>に記載の組成物。
<3>
前記組成物が、全組成物の1.0~10.0重量%、好ましくは全組成物の1.5~8.5重量%、より好ましくは全組成物の2.0~7.0重量%の前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムを含み、かつ/または前記球状ケイ酸アルミニウムが、前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムの5~35重量%の酸化アルミニウム、および/もしくは前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムの50~80重量%の二酸化ケイ素を含む、<1>~<2>のいずれかに記載の組成物。

前記組成物が、少なくとも第2および第3の充填剤をさらに含み、前記組成物の前記第2および前記第3の充填剤が、少なくとも第1および第2のカーボネートを含み、前記第1のカーボネートの粒子径分布が、前記第2のカーボネートの粒子径分布と異なり、かつ/または前記第1および前記第2のカーボネートが、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸カルシウムマグネシウム、またはこれらの任意の混合物からなる群から選択される、<1>~<3>のいずれかに記載の組成物。

前記第1のカーボネートが、70~120μm、好ましくは80~100μmのD98値を有し、かつ/または前記第2のカーボネートが、140~180μm、好ましくは150~170μmのD98値を有する、<4>に記載の組成物。

前記第1および/または前記第2のカーボネートが、10~30μm、好ましくは15~25μmのD50値を有する/有する、<4>~<5>のいずれかに記載の組成物。
<7>
前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムが、90~200μm、好ましくは100~180μmのD50値を有し、かつ/または150~400μm、好ましくは170~250μmのD98値を有する、<1>~<6>のいずれかに記載の組成物。

前記少なくとも1つの結合剤が、ポリ(エチレン-酢酸ビニル)、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリアクリレート、ポリビニルアルコール、もしくはこれらの任意の組み合わせ、好ましくはポリ(エチレン-酢酸ビニル)、ポリビニルアルコール、もしくはこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択され、かつ/または前記組成物が、全組成物の0.1~20.0重量%、好ましくは全組成物の1~15.0重量%、より好ましくは全組成物の1.5~10.0重量%、最も好ましくは、全組成物の2~5重量%の前記少なくとも1つの結合剤を含む、<1>~<7>のいずれかに記載の組成物。

前記組成物が、少なくとも第4の充填剤をさらに含み、この第4の充填剤が、セピオライト、アタパルジャイト、タルク、バーミキュライト、モンモリロナイト、イライト、カオリナイト、もしくはヘクトライト、好ましくはアタパルジャイト、もしくはセピオライトからなる群から選択され、かつ/または前記組成物が、全組成物の0.1~10.0重量%、好ましくは全組成物の0.1~5.0重量%、より好ましくは全組成物の0.1~2.0重量%の第4の充填剤を含む、<1>~<8>のいずれかに記載の組成物。

前記第5の充填剤が、パーライトであり、前記パーライトが、200μm未満、好ましくは100μm未満の粒子径D98を有する微粉化されかつ膨張したパーライトであり、かつ/または前記パーライトが、両親媒性コーティングを有する、<11>に記載の組成物。

前記組成物が、全組成物の0.1~1.0重量%、好ましくは全組成物の0.1~0.4重量%の、アルコキシル化非イオン性化合物、非イオン性脂肪化合物、および疎水性シリカのブレンドからなる添加剤をさらに含む、<1>~<12>のいずれかに記載の組成物。

<1>~<13>のいずれかに記載の組成物から調製された、ペースト状の充填および仕上げ材料、特に、物理的に乾燥する噴霧可能な充填および仕上げ材料。

ペースト状の充填および仕上げ材料、特に、<14>に記載のペースト状の充填および仕上げ材料を生成するための方法であって、前記方法が、2段階のプロセスに基づき、それによれば、第1の工程で、乾燥成分が均質化され、第2の工程で、前記均質化された乾燥成分が水性または水で希釈可能な成分に添加される、方法。
Claims (36)
- ペースト状の充填および仕上げ材料のための組成物であって、少なくとも1種の充填剤、少なくとも1種の結合剤、および添加剤を含み、前記少なくとも1種の充填剤が、3~20の密度依存性流動性(ffρ)値を有し中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムである、組成物であって、
前記組成物が第2の充填剤および第3の充填剤をさらに含み、前記第2の充填剤および前記第3の充填剤が少なくとも第1のカーボネートおよび第2のカーボネートを含み、前記第1のカーボネートの粒子径分布が前記第2のカーボネートの粒子径分布と異なり、前記第1のカーボネートが70~120μmのD98値を有し、前記第2のカーボネートが120~200μmのD98値を有する、
組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1種の充填剤が、4~15の密度依存性流動性(ffρ)値を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種の充填剤が、5~10の密度依存性流動性(ffρ)値を有する、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種の充填剤が、6~8の密度依存性流動性(ffρ)値を有する、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、全組成物の1.0~10.0重量%の前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムを含み、および/または
前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムが、前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムの5~35重量%の酸化アルミニウム、および/または前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムの50~80重量%の二酸化ケイ素を含む、
請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 全組成物の1.5~8.5重量%の前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムを含む、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 全組成物の2.0~7.0重量%の前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムを含む、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1のカーボネートおよび前記第2のカーボネートが、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸カルシウムマグネシウム、およびこれらの任意の混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記第2のカーボネートが、140~180μmのD98値を有する、請求項1~請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1のカーボネートが、80~100μmのD98値を有し、および/または
前記第2のカーボネートが、150~170μmのD98値を有する、
請求項1~請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 前記第1のカーボネートおよび/または前記第2のカーボネートが、10~30μmのD50値を有する、請求項1~請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1のカーボネートおよび/または前記第2のカーボネートが、15~25μmのD50値を有する、請求項1~請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムが、90~200μmのD50値を有し、および/または
前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムが、150~400μmのD98値を有する、
請求項1~請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムが、100~180μmのD50値を有し、および/または
前記中空の球状ケイ酸アルミニウムが、170~250μmのD98値を有する、
請求項13に記載の組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1種の結合剤が、ポリ(エチレン-酢酸ビニル)、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリアクリレート、ポリビニルアルコール、およびこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択され、および/または
前記組成物が、全組成物の0.1~20.0重量%の前記少なくとも1種の結合剤を含む、
請求項1~請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1種の結合剤が、ポリ(エチレン-酢酸ビニル)、ポリビニルアルコール、およびこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択され、および/または

- 全組成物の2~5重量%の前記少なくとも1種の結合剤を含む、請求項17に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、少なくとも第4の充填剤をさらに含み、この第4の充填剤が、セピオライト、アタパルジャイト、タルク、バーミキュライト、モンモリロナイト、イライト、カオリナイト、およびヘクトライトからなる群から選択され、および/または
前記組成物が、全組成物の0.1~10.0重量%の第4の充填剤をさらに含む、

- セルロースをさらに含む、請求項1~請求項21のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記セルロースが、変性セルロースである、請求項22に記載の組成物。
- 前記変性セルロースが、2-ヒドロキシエチルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、エチルセルロース、メチルセルロース、メチルエチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシルエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシルプロピルメチルセルロース、およびこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項23に記載の組成物。
- 前記変性セルロースが、ヒドロキシルエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシルプロピルメチルセルロース、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項24に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、少なくとも第5の充填剤をさらに含み、この第5の充填剤が、硫酸カルシウム二水和物、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸カルシウムマグネシウム、およびパーライトからなる群から選択され、および/または
