Description
本発明の態様は以下も含む。
<1> 有機結合剤、充填材、パーライト、及び添加剤を含み、前記パーライトは両親媒性コーティングを有する、ペースト状充填材料(1)のための組成物。
<2> 前記充填材が、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸カルシウムマグネシウム、硫酸カルシウム、及び層状ケイ素質材料から成る群、又はこれらのいずれかの組み合わせから選択される、<1>に記載の組成物。
<3> 前記層状ケイ素質材料が、イライト群のカオリンを含む、<2>に記載の組成物。
<4> 前記組成物が、0.2〜10重量%、好ましくは1〜4重量%のパリゴルスカイトを含む、<1>〜<3>のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
<5> 前記組成物が、2〜40重量%のパーライト、特に、粒子サイズd98が200μm未満である微粉化膨張パーライトを含む、<4>に記載の組成物。
<6> 前記両親媒性コーティングが、アルコキシ修飾アルキルシリコーン樹脂、特に、アミノアルキル置換された、式(C2H6OSi)nのポリジメチルシロキサン(nは30〜300である)を含む、<1>〜<5>のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
<7> 前記組成物がさらに、液体炭化水素、修飾脂肪酸誘導体、非イオン性乳化剤、及びシリコーン油の混合物から成る添加剤を0.1〜0.5重量%含む、<1>〜<6>のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
<8> 前記液体炭化水素が、一般式CnH2n+2(nは5〜15である)を有し直鎖状炭素鎖又は分岐鎖状炭素鎖を有する飽和炭化水素、5員環及び6員環から成り一般式CnH2nを有するシクロアルカン、並びにこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される、<7>に記載の組成物。
<9> 前記修飾脂肪酸化合物が、脂肪酸エステル、脂肪族アルコール(fatty alcohol)、アルコキシレート、ポリグリコール−エーテル、脂肪酸、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される、<7>又は<8>のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
<10> 前記非イオン性乳化剤が、脂肪族アルコール(fatty alcohol)、セチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、セトステアリルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される、<7>〜<9>のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
<11> 前記シリコーン油が、シリコーン原子と酸素原子が交互となっており有機側鎖を有する液体重合シロキサンから成る群から選択され、前記側鎖は、アルキル基及びフェニル基、並びにこれらの混合物を有する、四価のシリコーン中心に結合している、<7>〜<10>のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
<12> 前記組成物が、添加剤として、修飾セルロース、デンプン、殺生物剤、又は殺真菌剤をさらに含む、<1>〜<11>のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
<13> 前記デンプンが修飾デンプンであり、特に、一般式CnH2n+1O(nは2〜5である)を有するアルキレンオキシドで修飾されたデンプンエーテルである、<12>〜<14>のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
<14> <1>〜<13>のいずれか1つに記載の組成物から作製されるペースト状充填材、特に、物理乾燥性スプレー充填材。
<15> <14>に記載のペースト状充填材を作製するための方法であって、前記方法は、2段階プロセスに基づいており、第一の工程では、乾燥成分がホモジナイズされ、第二の工程では、前記ホモジナイズされた乾燥成分が、水性又は水希釈可能成分に添加される、方法。
Claims (18)
- 有機結合剤、充填材、パーライト、及び添加剤を含み、前記パーライトは両親媒性コーティングを有し、前記両親媒性コーティングが、アルコキシ修飾され、アミノアルキル置換された、式(C2H6OSi)nのポリジメチルシロキサン(nは30〜300である)を含む、ペースト状充填材料のための組成物。
- 前記充填材が、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸カルシウムマグネシウム、硫酸カルシウム、及び層状ケイ素質材料から成る群、又はこれらの任意の組み合わせから選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記層状ケイ素質材料が、イライト群のカオリンを含む、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、0.2〜10重量%のパリゴルスカイトを含む、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、1〜4重量%のパリゴルスカイトを含む、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、2〜40重量%の前記パーライトを含む、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記パーライトは、粒子サイズd98が200μm未満である微粉化膨張パーライトである、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物がさらに、液体炭化水素、非イオン性乳化剤、シリコーン油、並びに脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリコール−エーテル、及びその混合物からなる群から選択される化合物の混合物から成る添加剤を0.1〜0.5重量%含む、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記液体炭化水素が、一般式CnH2n+2(nは5〜15である)を有し直鎖状炭素鎖又は分岐鎖状炭素鎖を有する飽和炭化水素、5員環及び6員環から成り一般式CnH2nを有するシクロアルカン、並びにこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記非イオン性乳化剤が脂肪族アルコール(fatty alcohols)及び脂肪族アルコールアルコキシレート(fatty alcohol alkoxylates)から選択される、請求項8又は請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記脂肪族アルコール(fatty alcohols)が、セチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、セトステアリルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 前記シリコーン油が、シリコーン原子と酸素原子が交互となっており有機側鎖を有する液体重合シロキサンから成る群から選択され、前記有機側鎖は、それぞれアルキル基、フェニル基、又はこれらの混合物を有する四価のシリコーン中心に結合している、請求項8〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、添加剤として、修飾セルロース、デンプン、殺生物剤、又は殺真菌剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記デンプンが修飾デンプンである、請求項13に記載の組成物。
- 前記修飾デンプンが、一般式CnH2n+1O(nは2〜5である)を有するアルキレンオキシドで修飾されたデンプンエーテルである、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から作製されるペースト状充填材。
- 物理乾燥性スプレー充填材である、請求項16に記載のペースト状充填材。
- 請求項16又は請求項17に記載のペースト状充填材を作製するための方法であって、前記方法は、2段階プロセスに基づいており、第一の工程では、乾燥成分がホモジナイズされ、第二の工程では、前記ホモジナイズされた乾燥成分が、水性である又は水希釈可能である液体成分に添加される、方法。
