Description
Claims (14)
- 患者にセンサを経皮挿入するための注入器であって、
カニューレと、ベース部材と、注入方向において当該患者に前記カニューレを経皮挿入
するために変位し得るようにして前記ベース部材に配置された押込部材と、排出プロセス
において当該排出手段によって当該患者から当該注入方向とは反対方向に前記カニューレ
を自動的に引き抜くための排出手段とを備えた注入器において、
前記注入器は前記排出手段のための拘束部材を有し、そのために、前記排出手段は、供
給状態において、エネルギーを蓄えた状態で拘束可能であり、かつ、押込部材及び拘束部
材は直接的又は間接的に協働して、当該患者にカニューレを経皮挿入する際の注入状態に
おいて、前記排出プロセスを自動的に開始させるべく、前記排出手段の当該拘束を解除す
るように形成され、
前記拘束部材は、固定位置において、前記ベース部材に固定し得るように形成されてい
ると共に、前記注入方向とは反対方向の排出位置において、前記ベース部材に変位し得る
ように形成され、
前記排出プロセスの完了後に、前記注入器は前記ベース部材から取り外され、前記カニ
ューレ内に収容されていた前記センサは患者に残置されることを特徴とする注入器。 - 前記カニューレは遠位端領域において前記注入器のカニューレ上部部材に配置され、前
記カニューレ上部部材は注入方向に変位し得るようにして前記ベース部材に配置され、前
記排出手段は前記カニューレ上部部材と協働するように形成されて、前記排出手段によっ
て前記カニューレ上部部材は前記注入方向とは反対方向に変位し得ることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の注入器。 - 前記拘束部材は回転し得るようにして、前記ベース部材に配置され、前記拘束部材の回
転によって、前記固定位置から前記排出位置へ移動し得るように形成されていることを特
徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入器。 - 前記拘束部材は排出手段とカニューレ上部部材との間に配置されているために、前記排
出手段によって排出方向への力が前記拘束部材を介して前記カニューレ上部部材に伝達し
得ることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3のいずれか一項に記載の注入器。 - 前記排出手段は排出ばねとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のい
ずれか一項に記載の注入器。 - 前記排出ばねは前記拘束部材によって、引っ張られた状態又は圧縮された状態で固定し
得ることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の注入器。 - 前記カニューレ上部部材は、前記カニューレが配置され、かつ、少なくとも一つのガイ
ド突出片を有する中央部材を有し、
前記ベース部材は、前記カニューレ上部部材を注入方向へガイドするための、前記カニ
ューレ上部部材の前記ガイド突出片用のガイドスリットの設けられた少なくとも一つのガ
イド壁を有し、前記ガイド突出片は前記ベース部材の前記ガイド壁を貫通し、
前記押込部材は、前記カニューレ上部部材の前記中央部材とは反対側に位置する前記ガ
イド壁側で、前記ガイド突出片に作用するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求
項2に記載の注入器。 - ベース部材及び/又は押込部材は、当該注入プロセスに際し、近位端領域において、前
記押込部材の注入方向への変位時に前記ベース部材に対する前記押込部材の回転が行われ
るように配置された少なくとも一つの斜面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7の
いずれか一項に記載の注入器。 - 押込部材及び拘束部材は、前記押込部材の回転によって前記排除手段が固定位置から解
除され得るように配置された互いに対応する当接面を有することを特徴とする、請求項8
に記載の注入器。 - 前記拘束部材は一つの突起を有し、前記押込部材は一つの対応するガイド面を有するこ
とを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の注入器。 - ベース部材(1)及び押込部材は、当該近位端領域においてのみ前記ベース部材に対し
て前記押込部材が回転し得るように形成されて配置された互いに対応するガイド部材を有
することを特徴とする、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の注入器。 - 前記押込部材は、当該近位端領域における前記押込部材の回転後に前記カニューレ上部
部材が当該注入方向とは反対方向に変位し得るように配置された、前記カニューレ上部部
材のガイド突出片のためのガイドスリットを有することを特徴とする、請求項2又は11に記載の注入器。 - 前記斜面(1c、1d)は、前記押込部材の前記ガイドスリットの近位端に形成されて
いることを特徴とする、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の注入器。 - 当該注入器は、ベース部材(1)と押込部材との間に、注入方向への前記押込部材の変
位を防止するようにして配置された反力ばねを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から1
3のいずれか一項に記載の注入器。
