Automobile Shredder Residue:自動車シュレッダーダスト)等種々の破棄物が各々予め定められた処理工程に基づいてリサイクルされている。
Claims (1)
- 処理実績のない廃棄物の化学組成と、該廃棄物の粒子径を含む物理的性状とを測定し、
粒子径調整工程及び風力選別工程を必須の工程とし、前記測定した化学組成と物理的性状とに基づいて加熱工程の要否を判断し、必要であれば前記粒子径調整工程の前に加熱工程を実施し、前記測定した化学組成に基づいて磁力選別工程の要否を判断し、必要であれば前記粒子径調整工程の後に磁力選別工程を実施し、該磁力選別工程の後に前記風力選別工程を実施し、前記測定した化学組成に基づいて渦電流選別工程、乾式比重選別工程又は/及び水洗工程の要否を判断し、必要であれば前記風力選別工程の後に渦電流選別工程、乾式比重選別工程又は/及び水洗工程をこの順に実施する廃棄物のリサイクル方法であって、
前記粒子径調整工程により、前記廃棄物の最大粒径を5mm以上30mm以下にし、
前記廃棄物が金属アルミニウムを含まず、金属アルミニウム以外の金属と、有機物とを含むものである場合には、前記加熱工程を650℃以上1000℃以下で行い、
前記廃棄物が金属アルミニウムと、有機物とを含む場合には、前記加熱工程を250℃以上650℃未満で行い、
前記250℃以上1000℃以下の加熱工程を行うものに該当せず、団粒化するものである場合には、前記加熱工程を100℃以上250℃未満で行い、
前記廃棄物が磁力を有する金属を含むものである場合には、前記磁力選別工程を行い、
前記廃棄物が金属アルミニウムを含むものである場合には、前記渦電流選別工程を行い、
前記廃棄物が貴金属及び/又は銅を含むものである場合には、前記乾式比重選別工程を行い、
前記廃棄物が塩素を含むものである場合には、前記水洗工程を行うことを特徴とする廃棄物のリサイクル方法。
