Description
図1は本発明の実施例による透明タッチディスプレイ装置を概略的に示す図である。図2は図1のK領域を拡大した図である。図3は図2のI-I’線に沿って切断した断面を示す断面図である。図4は図2のII-II’線に沿って切断した断面を示す断面図である。
例えば、表示パネルDPは素子基板100上に位置する少なくとも一つの発光素子300を含むことができる。素子基板100は絶縁性物質を含むことができる。例えば、素子基板100はガラス又はプラスチックを含むことができる。

Claims (12)
- 発光領域及び透過領域を含む素子基板であって、外部の光が前記透過領域を通過する、素子基板と、
前記素子基板の前記発光領域上に位置する発光素子であって、前記透過領域が前記発光領域の外側に配置される発光素子と、
前記素子基板上に位置し、前記発光素子を覆う封止部材と、
前記封止部材上に位置し、前記発光領域及び前記透過領域の外側に位置するルーティングラインと、
前記ルーティングラインと連結され、前記透過領域の前記封止部材上に延びるタッチ電極とを含み、
前記ルーティングラインは前記封止部材上に順に積層された第1導電層及び第2導電層を含み、
前記タッチ電極の透過率は前記ルーティングラインの透過率より高く、
前記第1導電層の透過率は前記第2導電層の透過率より高い、透明タッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記封止部材上に位置し、前記発光領域と重畳するカラーフィルターと、
前記カラーフィルターと並んで位置し、前記ルーティングラインを覆うブラックマトリックスとをさらに含み、
前記ブラックマトリックスは前記発光領域及び前記透過領域の外側に位置する、請求項1に記載の透明タッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記タッチ電極はITO及びIZOの一つを含む、請求項1に記載の透明タッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記素子基板上に位置し、前記封止部材から離隔するタッチパッドをさらに含み、
前記タッチパッドは前記ルーティングラインと同じ物質を含む、請求項1に記載の透明タッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第2導電層は前記第1導電層より高い電気伝導度を有する、請求項1に記載の透明タッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記タッチ電極は前記第1導電層と同じ物質を含む、請求項1に記載の透明タッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記タッチ電極は前記ルーティングラインと同じ層上に位置する、請求項6に記載の透明タッチディスプレイ装置。
- 発光領域及び透過領域を含む素子基板であって、外部の光が前記透過領域を通過する、素子基板と、
前記素子基板の前記発光領域上に位置する発光素子であって、前記透過領域が前記発光領域の外側に配置される発光素子と、
前記素子基板の前記透過領域上に並んで位置するタッチ電極と、
前記タッチ電極と個別的に連結され、前記発光領域及び前記透過領域の外側に位置するルーティングラインと、
前記発光素子、前記タッチ電極及び前記ルーティングライン上に位置するカバー基板と、
前記素子基板に向かう前記カバー基板の下面上に位置し、前記発光領域と重畳するカラーフィルターと、
前記カラーフィルターと並んで位置し、前記ルーティングラインと重畳するブラックマトリックスと、
前記カバー基板の下面上に位置し、前記カラーフィルター及び前記ブラックマトリックスを覆うカバー平坦化膜と、
前記発光素子を覆う上部保護膜と、
前記上部保護膜上に位置するカバー保護膜と、
前記上部保護膜と前記カバー保護膜との間に位置する接着層とを含み、
前記ルーティングラインは前記タッチ電極より低い抵抗を有し、
前記ルーティングライン及び前記タッチ電極は前記カバー保護膜と前記カバー平坦化膜との間に位置する透明タッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記ルーティングラインは金属を含む、請求項8に記載の透明タッチディスプレイ装置。
- 各タッチ電極は第1方向及び前記第1方向に垂直な第2方向に延びるメッシュ(mesh)状のタッチパターンを含む、請求項8に記載の透明タッチディスプレイ装置。
- 各タッチ電極は前記発光領域及び前記透過領域の外側で前記ルーティングラインの一つと連結される、請求項8に記載の透明タッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ルーティングラインを覆うタッチ絶縁膜をさらに含み、
前記タッチ電極は前記タッチ絶縁膜上に位置する、請求項8に記載の透明タッチディスプレイ装置。
