Claims (6)
- コンデンサボックスと、冷媒供給管と、冷媒排出管と、凝縮コイルと、を備え、前記コンデンサボックス内には、液体冷媒が収容され、前記液体冷媒の液面と前記コンデンサボックスのトップとの間に気相領域が存在し、前記冷媒供給管の前端の冷媒蒸気排出口が前記液体冷媒の液面下に入り、前記凝縮コイルの一部が前記液体冷媒に没入され、前記凝縮コイルの他の一部が前記液体冷媒の液面上の気相領域に位置し、前記気相領域では、前記冷媒蒸気排出口から上昇した微小冷媒蒸気泡が前記凝縮コイルにより凝縮液化され、前記液体冷媒内では、前記冷媒蒸気排出口からの冷媒蒸気泡が前記液体冷媒により凝縮液化され、
前記凝縮コイルは前記気相領域及び前記液体冷媒に亘って蛇行しており、冷却液が、前記気相領域における前記凝縮コイルに流入し、次いで前記液体冷媒における前記凝縮コイルを通って流出することを特徴とするスーパーコンピュータ用の高効率相変化コンデンサ。 - 前記冷媒蒸気排出口は、ホーン状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスーパーコンピュータ用の高効率相変化コンデンサ。
- 前記液体冷媒の液面は、前記凝縮コイルの2分の1の高さに位置することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1~2のいずれか1項に記載のスーパーコンピュータ用の高効率相変化コンデンサ。
- 前記液体冷媒は、電気絶縁性冷媒を用いることを特徴とする請求項1~2のいずれか1項に記載のスーパーコンピュータ用の高効率相変化コンデンサ。
- 前記電気絶縁性冷媒は、沸点30℃~60℃の電気絶縁性冷媒であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスーパーコンピュータ用の高効率相変化コンデンサ。
- 前記電気絶縁性冷媒は、フッ化物であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスーパーコンピュータ用の高効率相変化コンデンサ。
