Claims (4)
- 可燃物をセメント焼成装置のプレヒータサイクロンの原料シュートから分取した600℃以上900℃以下の予熱原料と混合してガス化し、
ガス化した可燃物及び前記予熱原料をセメント焼成装置の窯尻から仮焼炉の領域に供給することを特徴とする可燃物の処理方法。 - 前記可燃物を前記予熱原料と混合する際に水分を添加して水性ガス化反応を行い、生じた水性ガス及び前記予熱原料をセメント焼成装置の窯尻から仮焼炉の領域に導入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可燃物の処理方法。
- 可燃物をセメント焼成装置のプレヒータサイクロンの原料シュートから分取した600℃以上900℃以下の予熱原料と混合してガス化する混合装置と、
ガス化した可燃物及び前記予熱原料をセメント焼成装置の窯尻から仮焼炉の領域に供給する供給装置とを備えることを特徴とする可燃物の処理装置。 - 前記混合装置に水分を添加して水性ガス化反応を行わせる水分添加装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可燃物の処理装置。
