以上、本発明の一例として実施の形態が説明されたが、上記実施の形態に、多様な変更または改良を加えることが可能であることはもちろんである。その様な変更または改良を加えた形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれ得ることが、特許請求の範囲の記載から明らかである。

Claims (8)
- 被加工物に対してワイヤ電極を加工経路に沿って相対移動させつつ、所定の加工条件に従って前記被加工物の加工を行うワイヤ放電加工機が1以上接続される予測装置であって、
前記ワイヤ放電加工機を構成する所定の部品について、前記ワイヤ電極が単位距離だけ相対移動したときの前記加工条件に基づく消耗率を示す予測消耗率を予測する予測部と、
前記部品の前記予測消耗率を表示する表示部と、
を備える、予測装置。 - 請求項1に記載の予測装置であって、
前記予測部は、前記加工経路と前記予測消耗率とに基づいて、前記加工を実行した場合の前記部品の消耗量を示す予測消耗量を予測し、
前記表示部は、前記予測消耗量を表示する、予測装置。 - 請求項2に記載の予測装置であって、
前記部品のこれまでの消耗量を取得する消耗量取得部と、
前記部品のこれまでの前記消耗量と、前記予測部が予測した前記予測消耗量と、の合計値が閾値以上であるか否かを判定する判定部と、をさらに備え、
前記表示部は、前記判定部が判定した判定結果を表示する、予測装置。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の予測装置であって、
前記予測部は、前記加工条件と前記部品の前記予測消耗率とが対応付けられたテーブルを有し、前記テーブルを参照することで前記予測消耗率を予測する、予測装置。 - 請求項4に記載の予測装置であって、
前記部品の消耗率を前記加工の実行結果に基づいて取得する消耗率取得部と、
前記消耗率取得部が取得した前記消耗率に基づいて前記テーブルを更新するテーブル更新部と、をさらに備える、予測装置。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の予測装置であって、
前記予測部は、前記加工条件を入力とし、且つ前記予測消耗率を出力とするモデル関数により前記予測消耗率を予測し、
前記予測装置は、
前記部品の消耗率を前記加工の実行結果に基づいて取得する消耗率取得部と、
前記予測部が予測した前記予測消耗率と、前記消耗率取得部が取得した前記消耗率との誤差を取得する誤差取得部と、
前記誤差が最小化されるように前記モデル関数を最適化する関数更新部と、をさらに備える、予測装置。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の予測装置であって、
前記ワイヤ放電加工機は、複数の前記部品により構成され、
前記予測部は、複数の前記部品について予測する、予測装置。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の予測装置であって、
前記ワイヤ放電加工機は、複数の前記加工条件を有し、
前記予測部は、複数の前記加工条件について予測する、予測装置。
