Claims (2)
- 電磁コイルと、
前記電磁コイルの中心に配置されたドーナツ型の固定コアと、
前記固定コアに対向して吸着可能に配置された円筒状の可動コアと、
前記可動コアに固着された逆T字状のフランジ付き円筒状の弁体と、
前記弁体のストローク方向に沿って前記固定コアと前記可動コアの間に配設されたコイルばねと、
前記弁体のストローク方向に対し直角に設けられた板ばねと、を備え、
前記電磁コイルへの非通電時は前記コイルばねにより前記弁体が常時閉弁方向に付勢され、前記電磁コイルへの通電時に前記可動コアが前記固定コアに吸引されて開弁される電磁駆動式のインジェクタにおいて、
前記可動コアと前記弁体は、前記可動コアと前記弁体により前記板ばねの中心部を挟み込むとともに前記弁体の円筒箇所が前記可動コアに挿入された状態で、前記可動コアの内周面と前記弁体の外周面の接触箇所を固定箇所として溶接されており、
前記コイルばねの座面が、前記可動コアの内周面における前記固定箇所に掛からない位置に突出形成されていることを特徴とするインジェクタ。 - 本体と、ロワープレートと、前記可動コアと前記弁体との間に挟まれて配置されるインナーカラーと、前記本体と前記ロワープレートとの間に挟まれて配置されるアウターカラーとをさらに備え、
前記板ばねが一対の板ばねであって、前記インナーカラーおよび前記アウターカラーを挟んで配設されており、各前記板ばねの内周縁が前記インナーカラーによって固定され、各前記板ばねの外周縁が前記アウターカラーによって固定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインジェクタ。
