Claims (8)
- 高周波プラグ(10)と、高周波プラグ(10)と同軸に設置する高周波ジャック(50)と、高周波ジャック(50)を固定するための固定アッセンブリとを備え、
前記高周波プラグ(10)と高周波ジャック(50)とが挿着の方式で着脱可能に接続し、前記高周波プラグ(10)と高周波ジャック(50)との間の挿着構造が等間隔に設置され、前記固定アッセンブリが、固定プラグ(30)と柱状固定ジャック(20)とを含み、前記固定プラグ(30)と固定ジャック(20)との間に高周波ジャック(50)をロックするためのロック構造が設置され、
前記高周波プラグ(10)は、管状プラグ外導体(1)を備え、前記プラグ外導体(1)の内部において、プラグ外導体(1)の軸方向に沿って複数の第1導体板(2)が設置され、前記第1導体板(2)の内側辺とプラグ外導体(1)とが一体に接続され、前記第1導体板(2)の外側辺がプラグ外導体(1)の内部に設けられ、前記プラグ外導体(1)の中心軸の箇所に第2導体板(3)が固定設置され、前記第2導体板(3)の外側壁とプラグ外導体(1)の内側壁との間に隙間が設けられ、前記高周波ジャック(50)が、管状ジャックハウジング(5)を備え、前記ジャックハウジング(5)の前端に第1導体板(2)と合わせる第1挿着溝(51)が設けられ、前記ジャックハウジング(5)の中心軸に音叉状ジャック内導体(6)が設置され、前記ジャック内導体(6)のヘッド端に、第2導体板(3)と合わせる第2挿着溝(61)が設けられる
ことを特徴とする耐障害性の高い高周波同軸コネクタ。 - 前記第1導体板(2)は2つ設置され、2つの第1導体板(2)のそれぞれの中心軸線および第2導体板(3)の中心軸線が同一平面にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐障害性の高い高周波同軸コネクタ。
- 前記第2導体板(3)の幅方向とジャック内導体(6)の幅方向とが互いに垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐障害性の高い高周波同軸コネクタ。
- 前記固定プラグ(30)は、ジャック内導体(6)の外部に環装される絶縁管体(31)を備え、前記絶縁管体(31)の中間段の外部に複数の弾性片(34)が設けられ、前記弾性片(34)のテール端と絶縁管体(31)とが一体に接続され、前記弾性片(34)のヘッド端と絶縁管体(31)の外側壁との間に間隔が設けられ、前記弾性片(34)の長手方向と絶縁管体(31)の長手方向とがなす夾角αが鋭角であり、
前記絶縁管体(31)の後段に複数の凸出板(32)が設置され、前記弾性片(34)のヘッド端が弾性片(34)のテール端と凸出板(32)のヘッド端との間に設置され、前記凸出板(32)のテール端の外側に凸出ブロック(33)が設けられ、前記凸出ブロック(33)の前端と凸出板(32)のヘッド端との間に距離があり、
前記固定ジャック(20)のヘッド端に高周波ジャック(50)を取り付けるための孔通路が設けられ、前記孔通路が、凸出ブロック(33)が出入りするための第1取付孔(21)と、凸出板(32)が出入りするための第2取付孔(22)と、弾性片(34)と係合するための第3取付孔(23)とを含み、前記固定ジャック(20)のテール端に第4取付孔(24)が設けられ、前記第2取付孔(22)が第1取付孔(21)と第3取付孔(23)との間に設けられ、前記第3取付孔(23)と第4取付孔(24)とが連通し、前記第1取付孔(21)の孔径が第2取付孔(22)の孔径より大きく、前記第3取付孔(23)の孔径が第2取付孔(22)の孔径より大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐障害性の高い高周波同軸コネクタ。 - αの値は、6°≦α≦30°を満たすことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の耐障害性の高い高周波同軸コネクタ。
- 前記凸出ブロック(33)が2つ設けられ、前記凸出板(32)が2つ設けられ、前記弾性片(34)が2つ設けられ、2つの凸出ブロック(33)が位置する平面と2つの凸出板(32)が位置する平面とが同一平面であり、2つの凸出板(32)が位置する平面と2つの弾性片(34)が位置する平面とが同一平面である
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の耐障害性の高い高周波同軸コネクタ。 - 前記第1導体板(2)が少なくとも3つ設置され、前記第1導体板(2)がプラグハウジング(1)の内部に対称に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐障害性の高い高周波同軸コネクタ。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の耐障害性の高い高周波同軸コネクタを複数備え、前記耐障害性の高い高周波同軸コネクタがアレイに配列されることを特徴とする耐障害性の高い高周波同軸コネクタアッセンブリ。
