Description

一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器
本申请要求于2016年7月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610595396.8、发明名称为“一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明属于射频连接器,具体涉及一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器。
背景技术
射频同轴连接器在微波传输中起连接传输线、微带电路以及印刷板电路纽带的作用,具有工作频带宽、连接方便等优点,因此被广泛应用于航天航空系统、微波通信工程和军工武器领域。
传统智能天线单元和RRU端口数目和线缆数目较多,在实际施工当中的“胡子”问题非常突出,导致安装效率低、劳动强度大的问题。然而,随着移动通信技术突飞猛进的发展,多通道连接器的出现有效地解决了“胡子”问题,但经过几年的应用也显现出来了一些缺陷和不足:
(1)连接天线单元和RRU质检的端口数目和线缆数目较多,且每个RRU端口需要进行防水处理,导致安装工作量较大,且故障点较多;
(2)现有的多通道连接器没有解决PIM互调指标问题;
(3)现有的多通道连接器仍需防水胶带处理;
(4)现有多通道连接器为螺纹连接方式,安装效率不高;
(5)现有多通道连接器插头采用多通道固化设计,可维护性不强。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器。
本发明要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,包括插座和插头,其中,所述插座包括壳体,设置于所述壳体内的环形绝缘体一,设置于所述环形绝缘体一内的插针和设置于所述插针头部的保护壳;
所述插头包括外壳,设置于所述外壳内的单芯连接器,所述单芯连接器通过活动螺母与外壳固定连接;
所述插针和单芯连接器的数量相等且至少为两个。
作为本发明的进一步说明,所述单芯连接器包括单芯外壳、设置于所述单芯外壳前端的导电弹性接触件、内设于所述单芯外壳的环形绝缘体二和内设于所述环形绝缘体二、且与环形绝缘体二同轴设置的插孔。
作为本发明的进一步说明,所述活动螺母上设置有外密封圈和内密封圈。
作为本发明的进一步说明,所述插头还包括外壳内部设置的环形簧片和套设于外壳上的解锁套,所述解锁套和外壳之间设置有弹簧和密封圈一。
作为本发明的进一步说明,所述壳体上设置有沟槽和螺纹,所述插头和插座插合时,可通过所述沟槽和环形簧片快速锁紧,也可通过螺纹进行螺纹连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明优选的键和键槽的不对称设计定位,实现了盲插功能,在保证插座各个插针与插头各插孔互换互联的基础上,具有防误插以及自适应对准的特性。
2、本发明的插头和插座均设有标识孔,便于快速对准安装,连接器设置多处密封结构,保证集束连接器对接后的防水功能,户外使用时,无需防水胶带处理。
3、本发明体积小,集成性高,可实现快速安装与分离,连接电缆少,信号稳定,连接成本低,使用十分方便。
4、插座由于不常拆卸,采用了多通道固化设计;插头则采用了单通道可拆卸与分离的设计方案,便于随时拆卸,可维护性高,且每个通道由活螺母压紧在插头外壳内部,螺母上设有两个密封圈,保证每个通道的密封性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1:
如图1、图2、图3、图7、图8所示,一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,包括插座1和插头2,其中,插座1包括壳体11,设置于壳体(11)内的环形绝缘体一13,设置于环形绝缘体一13内的插针16和设置于插针16头部的保护壳15,保护壳15向外延伸形成一个环形腔体,插针16完全位于该腔体内,避免了插针16由于外力而损坏;每个插针16为一个内导体,每个插针16单独设置于一个环形绝缘体一13中,信号在插座1中可以沿着插针16外表面和导电的外壳21及保护壳15内表面进行传输。
插头2包括外壳21,设置于外壳21内的单芯连接器3,单芯连接器3通过活动螺母29与外壳21固定连接;插针16和单芯连接器3的数量相等且至少为两个,当插座1和插头2插合时,每个插针16插入对应的单芯连接器3传输信号。

当插座1和插头2插合时,如图5所示,插座1的壳体11先伸入到插头2的外壳21腔体内,保证单芯连接器3对插时的同心度,可以避免插针16与插孔32、保护壳15与导电弹性接触件34对插过程中,因为斜插导致插孔32、导电弹性接触件34损坏。单芯连接器3中的插孔32为带劈槽的圆柱形插孔32,能够提供稳定的接触正压力保证与插针16稳定接触,信号沿着插孔32和单芯外壳31内表面进行传输,此时导电弹性接触件34与插座1上的保护壳15内表面接触,导电弹性接触件34处于收缩状态,可以提供稳定的接触正压力,保证与保护壳15内表面形成稳定接触,保证能够组成信号通路,并能够保证有较好的PIM互调指标。
实施例3:
在实施例1的基础上,如图6所示,活动螺母29上设置有外密封圈27和内密封圈28,单芯连接器3装配焊接电缆后,穿入插头2的外壳21内,并用活动螺母29锁紧,活动螺母29上的外密封圈27和内密封圈28保证了单芯连接器3安装后,插头2尾部的密封性。
实施例4:
在实施例1的基础上,插头2还包括外壳21内部设置的环形簧片24和套设于外壳21上的解锁套23,如图9、图10所示,解锁套23和外壳21之间设置有弹簧25和密封圈一22,保证解锁套23与外壳21外部密封圈可靠配合,有效的起到密封作用,同时也可保证解锁动作完成后,解锁套23迅速复位。
壳体11上设置有凹槽,插头2和插座1插合时,将插头2推入到固定在板机上的插座1时,环形簧片24先涨开,然后收缩在壳体11上的凹槽内,保证插头2和插座1轴向不分离,并能够承受较大的轴向拉力,解锁时,拉动解锁套23,使得环形簧片24涨开,环形簧片24与凹槽分离,实现插头2从插座1内部退出。
壳体11上还设置有螺纹,可以实现与螺纹连接器的螺纹连接,提升了展品的适用性。
实施例5:
在实施例1的基础上,如图2、图3、图7、图8所示,插座1与插头2连接的一端设置有一个主键槽17和多个副键槽,且主键槽17和副键槽不对称分布,插头2与插座1连接的一端设置有一个主键26和多个副键,且主键26、副键和主键槽17、副键槽位置一一对应。
插座1口部设置的主键槽17外部设置有明显标识,与之对应的插头2的外壳21口部设置的主键26外部也设置有明显标识,且主键26和副键的位置与插座1主键槽17和副键槽的位置一一对应,这样就可以通过键与键槽的配合来实现插座1与插头2对接的准确定位,有效地提高了插座1与插头2对接的准确性。
实施例6:
在实施例1的基础上,如图2、图7所示,壳体11外部和内部分别设置有密封圈二14和密封圈三12,插座1不与插头2连接的一端设置有法兰盘18,法兰盘18上设置有密封圈四19。
插座1的外壳21后端设置的法兰盘18以及密封圈四19,可以与设备机板安装固定,同时在插座1的外壳21内外均设置有密封圈三12和密封圈二14,保证对插后,连接器端面与界面处都具有防水功能,提高连接器环境适应性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,包括插座(1)和插头(2),其特征在于:所述插座(1)包括壳体(11),设置于所述壳体(11)内的环形绝缘体一(13),设置于所述环形绝缘体一(13)内的插针(16)和设置于所述插针(16)头部的保护壳(15);
    所述插头(2)包括外壳(21),设置于所述外壳(21)内的单芯连接器(3),所述单芯连接器(3)通过活动螺母(29)与外壳(21)固定连接;
    所述插针(16)和单芯连接器(3)的数量相等且至少为两个。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,其特征在于:所述单芯连接器(3)包括单芯外壳(31)、设置于所述单芯外壳(31)前端的导电弹性接触件(34)、内设于所述单芯外壳(31)的环形绝缘体二(33)和内设于所述环形绝缘体二(33)、且与环形绝缘体二(33)同轴设置的插孔(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,其特征在于:所述活动螺母(29)上设置有外密封圈(27)和内密封圈(28)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,其特征在于:所述插头(2)还包括外壳(21)内部设置的环形簧片(24)和套设于外壳(21)上的解锁套(23),所述解锁套(23)和外壳(21)之间设置有弹簧(25)和密封圈一(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,其特征在于:所述壳体(11)上设置有沟槽和螺纹,所述插头(2)和插座(1)插合时,通过所述沟槽和环形簧片(24)快速锁紧,或通过螺纹进行螺纹连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,其特征在于:所述插座(1)与插头(2)连接的一端设置有一个主键槽(17)和多个副键槽,且所述主键槽(17)和副键槽不对称分布。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,其特征在于:所述插头(2)与插座(1)连接的一端设置有一个主键(26)和多个副键,且所述主键(26)、副键和所述主键槽(17)、副键槽位置一一对应。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,其特征在于:所述壳体(11)外部和内部分别设置有密封圈二(14)和密封圈三(12)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种圆形集束防水快插型射频连接器,其特征在于:所述插座(1)不与插头(2)连接的一端设置有法兰盘(18),所述法兰盘(18)上设置有密封圈四(19)。
