ここで参照として導入され、その全開示が指摘され、かつその内容がここで本出願に組み込まれる独国特許出願公開第102007018812号明細書には、カルボニル水素化されたケトン-アルデヒド樹脂の製造、ならびにカルボニル水素化されたケトン-アルデヒド樹脂のヒドロキシル基の、1つまたは複数のアルキレンオキシドでの部分変換または完全変換、および場合によってはそれに続く、有機酸および/または無機酸による、完全エステル化または部分エステル化が記載されており、特に、該明細書には、式(1a)のアルコキシル化された化合物(つまり、R2≠H)の製造、およびその、分散剤としての使用が記載されている。同じく、該明細書には、二反応性(bi-reaktiv)のケトンを有する構造変種(Strukturvariante)が記載されている。

本発明の主旨で適切な触媒d)は、イソシアネートとOH官能基、NH官能基、または別のイソシアネート反応性基との反応を促進できるすべての化合物である。その際、例えば、アミン(環状、非環状、モノアミン、ジアミン、1つまたは複数のアミノ基を有するオリゴマー)、有機金属化合物、ならびに金属塩、好ましくはスズ、鉄、ビスマス、および亜鉛の金属塩を含む、従来技術から公知の通常の触媒を用いることができる。特に、触媒として、複数の成分の混合物を使用してもよい。

使用した材料
本発明によるOH官能性化合物(OHC)を、DE102007018812に記載の方法により製造した。OHC-1は、DE102007018812に記載の「カルボニル水素化されたケトン-アルデヒド樹脂No.II」に相当する。

フォーム密度測定
フォーム密度の測定には、寸法(10x10x10cm-つまり体積1リットル)を有する試験片をフォームから切り出した。質量を測定して密度を計算するためにその試験片の重さを量った。
例:PUフォームの製造
手動混合法で発泡を行った。そのためには、本発明による化合物、ポリオール、難燃剤、触媒、水、従来の、ないしは本発明によるフォーム安定剤、および発泡剤をビーカーに量り入れて、ディスクスターラー(直径6cm)を用いて30s、1000rpmにおいて混合した。続いて、イソシアネート(MDI)を添加し、反応混合物を、記載のスターラーで5s、3000rpmにおいて攪拌混合した。その混合物を、底面が27x14cmの、紙を張ったボックスへと移した。
その際、「-Vgl.」と記した例は、非発明的な比較例である。
ここでまとめるのは、フォームの製造に使用した配合物、試験片(10x10x10cmの寸法を有する)の密度、ならびに垂直方向および水平方向に測定した圧縮硬さである。

- 1つまたは複数のポリオール成分と1つまたは複数のイソシアネート成分との反応による、連続気泡硬質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法であって、その反応が、少なくとも1つの、ケトン-アルデヒド樹脂の部分水素化または完全水素化により入手可能であるOH官能性化合物(OHC)の存在下に行われ、そのOH官能性化合物が、少なくとも1つの式(1a)の構造要素、ならびに任意選択で式(1b)および/または(1c)
