Description
以下、本実施形態に係る中子100について説明する。はじめに、中子100を用いて成形される構造体101について説明する。図1は、構造体101の正面図であって、構造体101の一部を示している。構造体101は、一例として航空機の機体である。構造体101は、スキン102と、複数のストリンガ103とを備えている。図1では、複数のストリンガ103のうちの1つを示している。なお、構造体101の形状は限定されず、平板状であってもよく、円筒状であってもよい。
次に、上述した構造体101の成形工程、つまりスキン102とストリンガ103とを一体成形する工程について説明する。図2(a)乃至(g)は、構造体101の成形工程を示した図である。なお、以下で説明する構造体101の成形工程は、スキン102が熱可塑性樹脂で形成される場合の一例であり、例えばスキン102が熱硬化性樹脂で形成される場合は異なる工程が実施される。
次に、本実施形態に係る中子100について説明する。ここで、図3は、スキン102と中子100の正面図であり、図4は図3におけるIV-IV矢視断面図である。なお、図3及び図4は、中子100がスキン102とストリンガ103との間の空間107に挿入された状態を示している。この点は、後述する図5も同様である。
以上のとおり、実施形態に係る中子は、繊維強化樹脂製のスキンと前記スキン側に開口する断面ハット型のストリンガとを一体成形する工程において、前記スキンと前記ストリンガとの間の空間に挿入される中子であって、前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記スキンに接する第1型材と、前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記第1型材を挟んで前記スキンと反対側に位置する第2型材と、を備え、前記第2型材は、前記第1型材よりも柔らかい材料で形成されているとともに、前記ストリンガの長手方向に対して垂直なスリットが形成されている。
前記第2型材はフッ素樹脂、ポリイミド、又は、アルミニウムで形成されている。

Claims (5)
- 繊維強化樹脂製のスキンと前記スキン側に開口する断面ハット型のストリンガとを一体成形する工程において、前記スキンと前記ストリンガとの間の空間に挿入される中子であって、
前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記スキンに接する第1型材と、
前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記第1型材を挟んで前記スキンと反対側に位置する第2型材と、を備え、
前記第2型材は、前記第1型材よりも柔らかい材料で形成されているとともに、前記ストリンガの長手方向に対して垂直なスリットが形成されている、中子。 - 前記第1型材は複数のプレートを前記スキンの垂線方向に重ねて形成されている、請求項1に記載の中子。
- 前記スキンの垂線方向における前記第2型材の厚みは、前記スキンの垂線方向における前記第1型材の厚みよりも大きい、請求項1又は2に記載の中子。
- 前記第1型材はステンレス鋼で形成されており、
前記第2型材はフッ素樹脂、ポリイミド、又は、アルミニウムで形成されている、請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一の項に記載の中子。 - 前記スキンと前記ストリンガとの間の空間に請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一の項に記載の中子を挿入し、前記スキンと前記ストリンガとの間の空間に前記中子を挿入した状態で前記スキンと前記ストリンガとを一体成形した後、前記空間から前記中子を抜き取る、構造体の成形方法。
