Description
はじめに、第1実施形態に係る中子100について説明する。
まず、中子100を用いて成形される構造体101について説明する。図1は、構造体101の正面図であって、構造体101の一部を示している。構造体101は、一例として航空機の機体である。構造体101は、スキン102と、複数のストリンガ103とを備えている。図1では、複数のストリンガ103のうちの1つを示している。なお、構造体101の形状は限定されず、平板状であってもよく、円筒状であってもよい。
次に、上述した構造体101の成形工程、つまりスキン102とストリンガ103とを一体成形する工程について説明する。図2(a)乃至(g)は、構造体101の成形工程を示した図である。なお、以下で説明する構造体101の成形工程は、スキン102が熱可塑性樹脂で形成される場合の一例であり、例えばスキン102が熱硬化性樹脂で形成される場合は異なる工程が実施される。
次に、本実施形態に係る中子100について説明する。ここで、図3(a)は中子100の正面図、図3(b)は図3(a)におけるI-I矢視断面図、図3(c)は中子100の背面図である。なお、図3(a)乃至(c)は、中子100がスキン102とストリンガ103との間の空間107に挿入された状態を示している。この点は、後述する図4(a)乃至(c)及び図5(a)乃至(c)も同様である。
次に、第2実施形態に係る中子200について説明する。ここで、図4(a)は中子200の正面図、図4(b)は図4(a)におけるII-II矢視断面図、図4(c)は中子200の背面図である。なお、本実施形態に係る中子200の構成要素のうち、第1実施形態に係る中子100の構成要素と同じ又は対応するものには、同じ参照符号を付して説明を省略する。
次に、第3実施形態に係る中子300について説明する。ここで、図5(a)は中子300の正面図、図5(b)は図5(a)におけるIII-III矢視断面図、図5(c)は中子300の背面図である。なお、本実施形態に係る中子300の構成要素のうち、第1実施形態に係る中子100の構成要素と同じ又は対応するものには、同じ参照符号を付して説明を省略する。
以上のとおり、第1乃至第3実施形態に係る中子は、繊維強化樹脂製のスキンと前記スキン側に開口する断面ハット型のストリンガとを一体成形する工程において、前記スキンと前記ストリンガとの間の空間に挿入される中子であって、前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記スキンに接する第1型材と、前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記第1型材に隣接して前記スキンに接する第2型材と、前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記第1型材及び前記第2型材を挟んで前記スキンと反対側に位置し、前記第1型材及び前記第2型材の両方に接する第3型材と、を備えている。

Claims (6)
- 繊維強化樹脂製のスキンと前記スキン側に開口する断面ハット型のストリンガとを一体成形する工程において、前記スキンと前記ストリンガとの間の空間に挿入される中子であって、
前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記スキンに接する第1型材と、
前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記第1型材に隣接して前記スキンに接する第2型材と、
前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記第1型材及び前記第2型材を挟んで前記スキンと反対側に位置し、前記第1型材及び前記第2型材の両方に接する第3型材と、を備え、
前記ストリンガの長手方向に対して垂直な断面視において、前記第1型材と前記第2型材の境界は、前記スキンの垂線方向に対して傾斜している、中子。 - 前記第1型材、前記第2型材、及び、前記第3型材は、いずれも長手方向に分割されている、請求項1に記載の中子。
- 前記第3型材には、前記ストリンガの長手方向に対して垂直なスリットが形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の中子。
- 前記第3型材は、長手方向の一端側から他端側に向かうに従って断面積が小さくなるように形成されている、請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一の項に記載の中子。
- 前記ストリンガの長手方向に沿って延び、前記第3型材を挟んで前記第1型材及び第2型材と反対側に位置する第4型材をさらに備えている、請求項4に記載の中子。
- 前記スキンと前記ストリンガとの間の空間に請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一の項に記載の中子を挿入し、前記スキンと前記ストリンガとの間の空間に前記中子を挿入した状態で前記スキンと前記ストリンガとを一体成形した後、前記空間から前記中子を抜き取る、構造体の成形方法。
