Claims (14)
- 10μmの厚さでの色座標b*が1.5以上2.0以下であり、
10μmの厚さでの厚さ方向位相差Rth値が25nm以下であり、
下記化学式1で表されるポリイミド繰り返し単位および下記化学式5で表されるポリイミド繰り返し単位を含むポリイミド系樹脂を含む、ポリイミド系樹脂フィルム:

X 1 は下記化学式2で表される4価の官能基を含み、
[化学式2]
Y 1 は下記化学式3で表される官能基を含み、
[化学式3]
Y 2 は前記化学式3で表される官能基を含み、
X 2 は下記化学式6で表される4価の官能基であり、
[化学式6]
L 3 は単結合、-O-、-CO-、-COO-、-S-、-SO-、-SO 2 -、-CR 7 R 8 -、-(CH 2 ) t -、-O(CH 2 ) t O-、-COO(CH 2 ) t OCO-、-CONH-、フェニレン、またはこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるいずれか一つであり、
前記R 7 およびR 8 はそれぞれ独立して、水素、炭素数1~10のアルキル基、または炭素数1~10のハロアルキル基のうちの一つであり、
tは1~10の整数である。 - 前記ポリイミド系樹脂フィルムは、10μmの厚さでの面方向位相差R0値が0.5nm以下である、
請求項1に記載のポリイミド系樹脂フィルム。 - 前記ポリイミド系樹脂フィルムは、300℃以上400℃以下の温度で少なくとも1個のガラス転移温度を有する、
請求項1または2に記載のポリイミド系樹脂フィルム。 - 前記ポリイミド系樹脂フィルムは、100℃以上200℃以下の温度範囲で昇温し、測定した熱膨張係数が40ppm/℃以上54ppm/℃以下である、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド系樹脂フィルム。 - 前記ポリイミド系樹脂フィルムは、532nmの波長での平均屈折率が1.6985以上1.6999以下である、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド系樹脂フィルム。 - 前記ポリイミド系樹脂フィルムは、10μmの厚さでの黄色指数YIが2.5以上3.0以下である、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド系樹脂フィルム。 - 前記化学式2中のArで、多重環芳香族2価官能基は、少なくとも2以上の芳香族環化合物が含まれている縮合環状2価官能基を含む、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のポリイミド系樹脂フィルム。 - 前記化学式2中のArで、多重環芳香族2価官能基はフルオレニレン基を含む、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のポリイミド系樹脂フィルム。 - 前記ポリイミド系樹脂は、化学式1で表されるポリイミド繰り返し単位を50モル%以上60モル%以下含む、
請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のポリイミド系樹脂フィルム。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド系樹脂フィルムを含む、
ディスプレイ装置用基板。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のポリイミド系樹脂フィルムを含む、
光学装置。
