Description
(1) 外科用システムであって、
作業チャネル及び可視化チャネルを有するアクセス装置と、
前記可視化チャネル内に少なくとも部分的に配設された可視化システムであって、カメラモジュール及び前記カメラモジュールが装着されたハウジングを含む、可視化システムと、を備える、システム。
(2) 前記カメラモジュールが、画像センサと、前記画像センサ上に反射光を方向付けるように構成されたレンズと、を備え、前記画像センサ及び前記レンズが前記ハウジング内に配設されている、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(3) 前記カメラモジュールが、前記ハウジング内に配設された遠位端部と、光源と光通信している近位端部と、を有する光ファイバを含む、実施態様2に記載のシステム。
(4) 前記レンズが、レンズ筒のレンズ管腔内に配設されており、前記光ファイバが、前記レンズ筒の照明管腔内に配設されている、実施態様3に記載のシステム。
(5) 前記照明管腔が、前記レンズ管腔よりも前記アクセス装置の作業チャネルの中心に近接して配設されている、実施態様4に記載のシステム。
(7) 前記光ファイバの上の前記レンズ筒の前記遠位に向いた面に形成された凹部に装着された拡散器を更に備える、実施態様6に記載のシステム。
(8) 前記凹部が、三日月形であり、かつ前記レンズ管腔の周縁部に実質的に追従する、実施態様7に記載のシステム。
(9) 前記レンズの中心領域が疎水性コーティングでコーティングされており、前記レンズの周辺領域が親水性コーティングでコーティングされている、実施態様2に記載のシステム。
(10) 前記ハウジングが、本体と、遠位端部キャップと、を含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(12) 前記カメラ管腔が、前記本体の中心に、前記第1の流体管腔と前記第2の流体管腔との間に配設されている、実施態様11に記載のシステム。
(13) 前記本体の遠位に向いた面及び前記端部キャップの遠位に向いた面が、前記作業チャネルの長手方向中心軸に対して斜めに角度付けされている、実施態様10に記載のシステム。
(14) 前記本体が、前記作業チャネルに隣接して配設された凹状内面と、前記内面の反対側に配設された凸状外面と、を有する側壁を有する、実施態様10に記載のシステム。
(15) 前記本体の前記側壁の前記内面が、前記作業チャネルの内面の少なくとも一部分を画定する、実施態様14に記載のシステム。
Claims (15)
- 外科用システムであって、
作業チャネル及び可視化チャネルを有するアクセス装置と、
前記可視化チャネル内に少なくとも部分的に配設された可視化システムであって、前記可視化システムは、カメラモジュール及び前記カメラモジュールが装着されたハウジングを含み、前記ハウジングが、前記作業チャネルに隣接して配設された凹状内面と、前記凹状内面の反対側に配設された凸状外面と、を有する側壁であって、前記凹状内面が、それぞれの円筒の区分を画定する第1及び第2の遷移領域によって、前記凸状外面に接続されている、側壁と、遠位に向いた端面と、前記カメラモジュールが配設された、前記ハウジング内のカメラ管腔と、第1及び第2の流体管腔であって、前記第1及び第2の遷移領域が前記第1及び第2の流体管腔の外側縁部に追従する、第1及び第2の流体管腔と、前記ハウジングの前記遠位に向いた端面から延在する遮蔽部と、を含む、可視化システムと、
前記カメラモジュールのレンズから破片を除去するように構成された能動レンズ洗浄装置であって、前記能動レンズ洗浄装置が、前記ハウジングの前記遠位に向いた端面から延在するノズルを備え、前記ノズルが、流体を、前記第1及び第2の流体管腔のうちの少なくとも1つから前記遠位に向いた端面を横切って前記レンズに向かって、前記ノズルから離れるように方向付けるように構成された開口部を含む、能動レンズ洗浄装置と、を備え、
前記開口部が、前記ハウジングの長手方向中心軸に対して斜めの角度で流体を前記レンズに向かって方向付けるように構成されており、
前記遮蔽部の最遠位末端が、前記長手方向中心軸に対して前記ノズルを越えて延在する、システム。 - 前記カメラモジュールが、画像センサと、前記画像センサ上に反射光を方向付けるように構成されたレンズと、を備え、前記画像センサ及び前記レンズが前記ハウジング内に配設されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記レンズの中心領域が疎水性コーティングでコーティングされており、前記レンズの周辺領域が親水性コーティングでコーティングされている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記作業チャネルに隣接して配設された凹状内面と、前記凹状内面の反対側に配設された凸状外面と、を有する側壁を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ハウジングの前記側壁の前記凹状内面が、前記作業チャネルの内面の少なくとも一部分を画定する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記能動レンズ洗浄装置が、前記ハウジングの管腔を通って前記レンズに向かって方向付けられた正圧気体の源を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記正圧気体が、空気又は二酸化炭素を含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記遮蔽部が、前記ハウジングの周辺全体よりも小さい周囲に延在する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
