Description
a) 以下のものを含むポリアミド成分80~97質量部、好ましくは82~95質量部、特に好ましくは85~92質量部:
a1) PA PACMX(ここで、Xは8~18である)70~100質量部、好ましくは75~99質量部、特に好ましくは80~98質量部、殊に好ましくは85~97質量部、および
a2) 平均で8~12個の炭素原子をモノマー単位中に有する直鎖脂肪族ポリアミド30~0質量部、好ましくは25~1質量部、特に好ましくは20~2質量部、殊に好ましくは15~3質量部、
ここで、a1)およびa2)の質量部の合計は100である、ならびに
b) 以下のものを含むコアシェル型改質剤20~3質量部、好ましくは18~5質量部、特に好ましくは15~8質量部:
b1) ブタジエン単位60~100質量%、好ましくは70~100質量%と、スチレン単位0~40質量%、好ましくは0~30質量%とを含むコア、ここで、前記パーセント表示は該コアを基準としたものであり、ここで、該コアは、前記コアシェル型改質剤の60~95質量%、好ましくは70~94質量%、特に好ましくは75~93質量%を占めるものとする、および
b2) シェルであって、該シェルを基準としてそれぞれ、メチルメタクリレート単位80~100質量%、好ましくは90~100質量%と、改質作用を示すモノマー単位0~20質量%、好ましくは0~10質量%とを含むシェルであり、ここで、該シェルは、前記コアシェル型改質剤の40~5質量%、好ましくは30~6質量%、特に好ましくは25~7質量%を占めるものとする、
ここで、a)およびb)の質量部の合計は100である、
からなる成形材料により解決された。
X=8:オクタン二酸(スベリン酸)、
X=9:ノナン二酸(アゼライン酸)、
X=10:デカン二酸(セバシン酸)、
X=11:ウンデカン二酸、
X=12:ドデカン二酸、
X=13:トリデカン二酸(ブラシル酸)、
X=14:テトラデカン二酸、
X=15:ペンタデカン二酸、
X=16:ヘキサデカン二酸、
X=17:ヘプタデカン二酸、
X=18:オクタデカン二酸。
- 平均で8個の炭素原子:PA88、PA79、PA97、PA610、PA106、
- 平均で8.5個の炭素原子:PA89、PA98、PA611、PA116、PA512、
- 平均で9個の炭素原子:PA99、PA810、PA108、PA612、PA126、
- 平均で9.5個の炭素原子:PA910、PA109、PA811、PA118、PA613、PA136、PA514、
- 平均で10個の炭素原子:PA10、PA1010、PA812、PA128、PA614、PA146、
- 平均で10.5個の炭素原子:PA1011、PA813、PA138、PA516、
- 平均で11個の炭素原子:PA11、PA1012、PA1210、PA913、PA139、PA814、PA148、PA616、
- 平均で11.5個の炭素原子:PA1112、PA1211、PA1013、PA1310、PA914、PA149、PA815、PA617、PA518、
- 平均で12個の炭素原子:PA12、PA1212、PA1113、PA1014、PA1410、PA816、PA618。
PA PACM12:48%のトランス-トランス立体異性体含分を有するビス-(4-アミノシクロヘキシル)-メタンと、ドデカン二酸と、から製造された、微晶質ポリアミド;ηrel=1.8;融解エンタルピー19J/g。
Claims (11)
- 成形材料であって、少なくとも50質量%が、以下の成分a)およびb)の組み合わせ:
a) 以下のものを含むポリアミド成分80~97質量部:
a1) PA PACM12 100質量部、
ならびに、
b) 以下のものを含むコアシェル型改質剤20~3質量部:
b1) ブタジエン単位60~100質量%を含むコア、ここで、該コアは、前記コアシェル型改質剤の60~95質量%を占めるものとし、該コアはいかなるスチレン単位も含まないものとする、および
b2) メチルメタクリレート単位80~100質量%と、改質作用を示すモノマー単位0~20質量%とを含むシェル、ここで、該シェルは、前記コアシェル型改質剤の5~40質量%を占めるものとする、
ここで、a)およびb)の質量部の合計は100である、
からなる、成形材料。 - 前記PA PACM12が、PACMであってそのトランス-トランス異性体の含分が30~70%であるPACMから出発して製造されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の成形材料。
- 前記PA PACM12は微晶質であり、ISO 11357に準拠して2回目昇温時に20℃/分の加熱および冷却速度で測定した場合に、5~40J/gの融解エンタルピーを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の成形材料。
- 前記PA PACM12が透明であり、少なくとも85%の透過率と3%未満のヘイズとを有し、ここで、これらはどちらも、射出成形された厚さ2mmの試験体についてASTM D 1003に準拠して測定したものであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の成形材料。
- 前記PA PACM12が、
- PACMであってそのトランス-トランス異性体の含分が30~70%であるPACMから出発して製造されたものであり、かつ、
- 微晶質であり、ISO 11357に準拠して2回目昇温時に20℃/分の加熱および冷却速度で測定した場合に、5~40J/gの融解エンタルピーを有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の成形材料。 - DIN EN ISO 489:1999に準拠して方法Aにより測定した場合に、20℃でのa)による前記ポリアミド成分の屈折率とb)による前記コアシェル型改質剤の屈折率との差異が、0.008未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の成形材料。
- 前記成形材料が透明であり、射出成形された厚さ2mmの試験体についてASTM D 1003に準拠して測定した場合に少なくとも85%の透過率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の成形材料。
- 前記成形材料が、前記成分a)と、前記成分b)と、最大で50質量%のさらなる通常の添加物質と、からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の成形材料。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の成形材料から製造された、成形品。
- 成形部材、フィルム、剛毛状物または繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の成形品。
- 眼鏡用フレーム、枠状物またはスポーツ用品のコーティングであることを特徴とする、請求項9または10記載の成形品。
