Claims (5)
- 空洞、測定ユニット、検出器、処理ユニット及びディスプレイを含む電解質の酸化電位の測定装置において、前記測定ユニット及び前記検出器は、前記空洞の内部に配置され、前記検出器によって検出された赤外光の強度は、前記処理ユニットに送信され、前記処理ユニットに処理された後、前記ディスプレイで測定される電解質の赤外スペクトルを取得し、
前記測定ユニットは、正極プレート、負極プレート、第一赤外線窓、第二赤外線窓及び電解質を含み、前記第一赤外線窓、前記正極プレート、前記負極プレート及び前記第二赤外線窓が積層して設置され、前記正極プレートは第一スルーホールを含み、前記負極プレートは第二スルーホールを含み、前記第一スルーホールと第二スルーホールが連通して設置され、前記第一赤外線窓は前記第一スルーホールを覆い、前記第二赤外線窓は前記第二スルーホールを覆い、前記電解質は、前記正極プレートと前記負極プレートの間に配置され、且つ赤外線ビームは順番に、前記第一赤外線窓、前記第一スルーホール、前記電解質、前記第二スルーホール及び前記第二赤外線窓を通過した後、前記検出器によって検出されることを特徴とする電解質の酸化電位の測定装置。 - 前記第一赤外線窓及び前記第二赤外線窓は、それぞれ臭化カリウム窓であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解質の酸化電位の測定装置。
- 前記正極プレートは、ステンレス鋼板であり、前記負極プレートは、リチウム箔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解質の酸化電位の測定装置。
- 前記電解質は、グリセリルエーテルエポキシ樹脂ゲル電解質であり、該グリセリルエーテルエポキシ樹脂ゲルは、グリセリルエーテルエポキシ樹脂及び電解質溶液を含み、
前記グリセリルエーテルエポキシ樹脂は、エテロキシ基を含み、グリセリルエーテルポリマー及びポリアミン化合物が開環反応をすることによって得られた架橋ポリマーであり、前記グリセリルエーテルポリマーは、グリシジルエーテルポリマーであり、該グリシジルエーテルポリマーは、少なくとも2つのエポキシ基を含み、前記ポリアミン化合物は、少なくとも2つのアミン基を含み、前記架橋ポリマーは、三次元ネットワーク構造であり、主鎖と複数のヒドロキシル基を含み、該架橋ポリマーにおける複数のヒドロキシル基は、前記架橋ポリマーの主鎖に位置し、且つ前記グリセリルエーテルポリマーのエポキシ基は、前記架橋ポリマーの主鎖に位置して、
前記電解質溶液は、リチウム塩及び非水溶媒を含み、前記リチウム塩は、前記グリセリルエーテルエポキシ樹脂の三次元ネットワーク構造に散在され、前記リチウム塩及び前記グリセリルエーテルエポキシ樹脂は、前記非水溶媒に分散されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解質の酸化電位の測定装置。 - 請求項1~4のいずれかの請求項に記載される電解質の酸化電位の測定装置を提供する第一ステップと、
外部電源を使用して、正極プレートと負極プレートとの間の電圧を変更し、ディスプレイを通して、複数の異なる電圧での電解質の赤外線スペクトルをリアルタイムで観察する第二ステップと、
赤外スペクトルの酸化しやすい基の特性ピークが消えるとき、対応する電位は、前記電解質の酸化電位である第三ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする電解質の酸化電位の測定方法。
