次に、バケット21の駆動システムについて、図6を参照して説明する。
次に、コントローラ6の構成について、図7を参照して説明する。
次に、コントローラ6内で実行される具体的な処理の流れについて、図8を参照して説明する。また、コントローラ6の処理によって奏する作用および効果について、図9および図10を参照して説明する。

Claims (5)
- 前輪および後輪が設けられた車体と、
前記車体の前部に上下方向に回動可能に取り付けられたアーム部材および前記アーム部材の先端部にダンプ動作およびチルト動作可能に取り付けられたバケットを有する作業装置と、
前記バケットを駆動するバケットシリンダと、
前記バケットシリンダに作動油を供給する油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出されて前記バケットシリンダに供給される作動油の流れを制御する方向制御弁と、
前記方向制御弁を制御する電磁比例弁と、
前記電磁比例弁を制御するコントローラと、を備えた作業車両において、
前記車体の傾斜角度を検出する傾斜センサを有し、
前記コントローラは、
前記バケットが所定の高さよりも高く位置した場合であって、前記車体が後傾した状態にある場合には、前記傾斜センサにより検出された前記車体の傾斜角度に応じて、前記バケットがダンプする側に前記バケットの角度を補正し、
前記バケットが前記所定の高さ以下である場合には、前記バケットの角度を補正しない
ことを特徴とする作業車両。 - 請求項1に記載の作業車両において、
前記コントローラは、
前記傾斜センサで検出された前記車体の傾斜角度が、前記アーム部材が水平姿勢よりも高い位置にある状態で前記バケット内の積荷がこぼれ始める時の前記車体の傾斜角度に基づいて設定された所定の角度閾値以上である場合に、前記傾斜センサにより検出された前記車体の傾斜角度に応じて前記バケットがダンプする側に前記バケットの角度を補正する
ことを特徴とする作業車両。 - 請求項2に記載の作業車両において、
前記バケットの高さに対応する前記アーム部材の高さを検出する高さセンサをさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記高さセンサで検出された前記アーム部材の高さが、前記アーム部材の前記水平姿勢での高さよりも高い場合に、前記傾斜センサにより検出された前記車体の傾斜角度に応じて前記バケットがダンプする側に前記バケットの角度を補正する
ことを特徴とする作業車両。 - 請求項1に記載の作業車両において、
前記バケットを操作するための電気式の操作装置をさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記傾斜センサにより検出された前記車体の傾斜角度に応じて前記バケットがダンプする側に前記バケットの角度を補正している場合に前記操作装置の操作量に応じた操作信号が入力されると、前記操作信号に基づいた指令信号を前記電磁比例弁に対して出力する
ことを特徴とする作業車両。 - 請求項1に記載の作業車両において、
前記コントローラにおける補正処理を有効にするためのスイッチをさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記スイッチからの有効信号が入力された場合に、前記傾斜センサにより検出された前記車体の傾斜角度に応じて前記バケットがダンプする側に前記バケットの角度を補正する
ことを特徴とする作業車両。
