ポリオールA:米国特許第6,491,846号に記載されている手順に従って、モノオール、ジオール、およびトリオールをDMC触媒でアルコキシル化することによって調製される、in-situ調製される多官能性ポリオール。スターターは、Neodol 25のプロポキシル化から製造した1600MW(35 OH#)モノオールを含み、82/18の重量比のプロピレンオキシドとエチレンオキシドの混合物でアルコキシル化して約17.8のヒドロキシル価にした。この時点で、62.3~37.7重量%比のグリセリンとプロピレングリコールとの混合物を、約150のヒドロキシル価に達するまで、82/18の重量比のプロピレンオキシドとエチレンオキシドとの混合物と共に連続的に添加する。この時点で、プロピレングリコールおよびグリセリンの供給を停止し、プロピレンオキシドおよびエチレンオキシドを、ヒドロキシル価が120に達するまで55/45の重量比で連続的に添加する。生成物は、約2.4の全官能価および約120の全ヒドロキシル価を有していた。
ポリオールB:約44%の固形分を含有し、約28のヒドロキシル価を有し、グリセリン出発ポリ(オキシプロピレンオキシエチレン)ポリオール中でのスチレンとアクリロニトリルのin-situ重合によって製造される、約13%のオキシエチレンを含有するポリマーポリオール。
界面活性剤A:Momentive Performance MaterialsからNiax L-618として市販されているシリコーン界面活性剤。
発泡改質剤A:Momentive Performance MaterialsからArcol DP-1022として市販されている、約1240のヒドロキシル価を有する発泡改質剤。
触媒A:Momentive Performance MaterialsからNIAX A-1として市販されているアミン触媒。
触媒B:Momentive Performance MaterialsからNIAX A-33として市販されているアミン触媒。
触媒C:Dabco T-9としてAir Products(現Versum)から市販されているスズ。
Claims (19)
- 軟質ポリウレタンフォームであって、
(1)トルエンジイソシアネートと、
(2)(a)56mgKOH/gポリオール~250mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価、2を超える平均官能価を有し、成分(a)および(b)の100重量%に基づいて、70~95重量%のin-situ形成されたポリオールブレンドであって、かつ:
(i)56mgKOH/gポリオール未満のヒドロキシル価を有し、かつ(a)(i)の100重量%に基づいて20重量%未満の共重合オキシエチレンを含有している、(i)および(ii)の100重量%に基づいて、25~75重量%のポリエーテルモノオールと
(ii)47mgKOH/gポリオール~300mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価、2超~6の平均官能価を有し、かつ(a)(ii)の100重量%に基づいて、5~45重量%の、共重合オキシエチレンを含有している、(i)および(ii)の100重量%に基づいて、25~75重量%のポリエーテルポリオールとを含む、ポリオールブレンド、ならびに
(b)成分(a)および(b)の100重量%に基づいて、5~30重量%の充填ポリオールを含んでなる、
イソシアネート反応性成分
(ただし、該イソシアネート反応性成分は、
少なくとも2~8以下の官能価と、少なくとも20~240以下のヒドロキシル価を有し、かつ
100重量%のポリエーテルポリオールに対して少なくとも50重量%の共重合オキシエチレンを含有する、
ポリエーテルポリオールを含まない)との、
(3)発泡剤;
(4)触媒;ならびに
(5)界面活性剤
の存在下での反応性生成物を含んでなり、
得られた発泡体が、少なくとも100のイソシアネート指数で、ASTM D3574-11により測定して、10%以下の90%圧縮永久ひずみを有するものである、軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。 - 前記イソシアネート反応性成分が、
(c)2~8の官能価、10mgKOH/gポリオール~300mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価を有し、かつ100重量%の成分(c)に対して0~45重量%の共重合オキシエチレンを含んでなる(c)ポリエーテルポリオールをさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載のフォーム。 - (a)(ii)が、少なくとも1種のポリエーテルジオールおよび少なくとも1種のポリエーテルトリオールを含んでなる、請求項1に記載のフォーム。
- (a)(i)前記1種以上のポリエーテルモノールが、28mgKOH/gポリオール未満のヒドロキシル価を有し、(a)(ii)前記ポリエーテルポリオールが、70mgKOH/gポリオール~240mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価、および2.5~3.5の官能価を有し、かつ(b)前記充填ポリオールが、(i)スチレン-アクリロニトリル固体を含有しているポリマーポリオール、(ii)ポリイソシアネート重付加ポリオール、および(iii)ポリヒドラゾジカルボンアミドポリオールの少なくとも1種を含んでなる、請求項2に記載のフォーム。
- (c)前記1種以上のポリエーテルポリオールが、少なくとも20mgKOH/gポリオール~150mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価、および少なくとも2.5~6の官能価を有する、請求項2に記載のフォーム。
- 前記反応生成物が、フォーム改質剤および/またはフォーム加工助剤を更に含んでなり、該フォーム改質剤および/または該フォーム加工助剤が、それぞれ少なくとも300mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価を有する、請求項1に記載のフォーム。
- 前記フォームが、ASTM D-3574-11により少なくとも100のイソシアネート指数で測定して5%以下の90%圧縮永久歪みを有する、請求項1に記載のフォーム。
- 軟質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法であって、
(A)(1)トルエンジイソシアネートと、
(2)(a)56mgKOH/gポリオール~250mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価、2を超える平均官能価を有し、成分(a)および(b)の100重量%に基づいて、70~95重量%のin-situ形成されたポリオールブレンドであって、かつ:
(i)56mgKOH/gポリオール未満のヒドロキシル価を有し、かつ(a)(i)の100重量%に基づいて20重量%未満の共重合オキシエチレンを含有している、(i)および(ii)の100重量%に基づいて、25~75重量%のポリエーテルモノオールと
(ii)47mgKOH/gポリオール~300mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価、2超~6の平均官能価を有し、かつ(a)(ii)の100重量%に基づいて、5~45重量%の、共重合オキシエチレンを含有している、(i)および(ii)の100重量%に基づいて、25~75重量%のポリエーテルポリオールとを含んでなる、ポリオールブレンド、ならびに
(b)成分(a)および(b)の100重量%に基づいて、5~30重量%の充填ポリオールを含んでなる、
イソシアネート反応性成分
(ただし、該イソシアネート反応性成分は、
少なくとも2~8以下の官能価と、少なくとも20~240以下のヒドロキシル価を有し、かつ
100重量%のポリエーテルポリオールに対して少なくとも50重量%の共重合オキシエチレンを含有する、
ポリエーテルポリオールを含まない)とを、
(3)発泡剤;
(4)触媒;ならびに
(5)界面活性剤の存在下で反応させることを含んでなる方法であって、
得られた発泡体が、少なくとも100のイソシアネート指数でASTM D3574-11により測定して、10%以下の90%圧縮永久ひずみを有するものである、方法。 - (2)前記イソシアネート反応性成分が、
(c)2~8の官能価、10mgKOH/gポリオール~300mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価を有し、成分(c)100重量%に基づいて0~45重量%の共重合オキシエチレンを含んでなるポリエーテルポリオールをさらに含んでなる、請求項8に記載の方法。 - (a)(ii)が少なくとも1種のポリエーテルジオールおよび少なくとも1種のポリエーテルトリオールを含んでなる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- (a)(i)前記ポリエーテルモノールが、28mgKOH/gポリオール未満のヒドロキシル価を有し;(a)(ii)前記ポリエーテルポリオールが、70mgKOH/gポリオール~240mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価、および2.5~3.5の官能価を有し;かつ(b)前記充填ポリオ-ルが、(i)スチレン-アクリロニトリル固体を含有しているポリマーポリオ-ル、(ii)ポリイソシアネート重付加ポリオ-ル、および(iii)ポリヒドラゾジカルボンアミドポリオ-ルの少なくとも1つを含んでなる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- (c)前記ポリエーテルポリオールが、少なくとも20mgKOH/gポリオール~150mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価および少なくとも2.5~6の官能価を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- フォーム改質剤および/またはフォーム加工助剤を反応させることをさらに含んでなる、請求項8に記載の方法であって、該フォーム改質剤および/または該フォーム加工助剤がそれぞれ、少なくとも300mgKOH/gポリオールのヒドロキシル価を有するものである、方法。
- 前記得られるフォームが、少なくとも100のイソシアネート指数でASTM D-3574-11により測定して5%以下の90%圧縮永久歪みを有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が堅牢性アミン触媒を含んでなる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡剤が水を含んでなる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記イソシアネート官能性成分と前記イソシアネート反応性成分との反応が、1種以上の架橋剤および/またはフォーム安定剤の存在下で行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のフォームを含んでなる物体であって、支持体を含んでなる物体。
- 前記支持体が枕またはマットレストッパーを含んでなる、請求項18に記載の物体。
