熱伝導率は、定常法(保護熱板法・熱流計法)、非定常法(レーザーフラッシュ法・熱線法)を用いて、熱伝導測定装置により測定できる。
比較例で用いた断熱材の両面に、厚み0.1mmのステンレス鋼(SUS)からなる反射層(波長2μmの電磁波の反射率:70%)を有するスペーサを用いた。その結果、隣接電池の温度上昇は、比較例の場合と比べて約15℃抑制された。
比較例で用いた断熱材の両面に、厚み0.1mmのSUSで構成される反射層、及び厚み0.1mmの銀(Ag)で構成される反射層(波長0.7μmの電磁波の反射率:98.5%)を有するスペーサを用いた。スペーサは、Ag/SUS/断熱材/SUS/Agの層構造を有する。その結果、隣接電池の温度上昇は、比較例の場合と比べて約20℃抑制された。

Claims (4)
- 複数の電池と、
前記複数の電池のうち、隣り合う電池同士の間に配置されるスペーサと、
を備え、
前記スペーサは、
波長0.7μm~3μmの電磁波を60%以上反射する反射層と、
熱抵抗が3K/W以上である断熱層として機能するシート状又は板状の断熱材と、
吸熱量が300kJ/kg以上である吸熱層と、
を有し、
前記断熱材の両面に前記反射層及び前記吸熱層がそれぞれ設けられた構造を有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記反射層と前記電池との間には、空気層が存在する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記反射層は、金属で構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池のエネルギー密度が500Wh/L以上である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
