Description

b) エチレンを、選択的には1つ以上の共単量体とともに、別の気相反応器で水素およびステップ(a)の触媒システムの存在下で重合するステップ;
(ここで、上記気相反応器のうち、少なくとも1つの反応器において、成長する重合体粒子は、高速流動化または輸送条件下で第1の重合ゾーン(上昇管)を通って上方に流れ、上昇管を離れて第2の重合ゾーン(下降管)に流入され、そこを通って重力の作用下に下方に流れ、下降管を離れて2つの重合ゾーンの間で重合体の循環を確立するために上昇管に再導入される)。

窒素でパージした2Lの4口丸フラスコ中に1LのTiCl4を0℃において導入した。次いで、同一の温度において上記のように調製した25重量%のエタノールを含有する70gの球状MgCl2/EtOH付加物を撹拌下で加えた。温度を3時間で130℃に昇温し、60分間保持した。次いで、撹拌を停止して固体生成物を沈降させて上澄液を吸い出した。新鮮なTiCl4を総容量1Lまで添加し、130℃で60分間の処理を繰り返した。沈降および吸い出しの後、固体残渣を50℃でヘキサンで5回、25℃でヘキサンで2回洗浄し、真空下で30℃において乾燥した。

Claims (8)
- Mg、Ti、および少なくとも電子供与体化合物(ID)を含む触媒成分を製造するプロセスであって、前記プロセスは、2つ以上の反応ステップを含み、0~150℃の範囲の温度で行われる第1のステップ(a)においては、Mg系化合物をTi/Mgモル比が3を超えるようにする量で少なくともTi‐Cl結合を有するTi化合物と反応させ、MgおよびTiを含有する中間体固体触媒成分を生成し;次のステップ(b)においては、前記中間体固体触媒成分(a)をガス状分散媒質の中で前記IDを含有するガス状ストリームと接触させることにより、0.5:1~20:1の範囲のID/Tiモル比を有する最終固体触媒成分を得る、プロセス。
- 少なくとも1つのIDは、エステル、ケトン、アミン、アミド、カルバメート、カーボネート、脂肪族エーテル、ニトリル、アルコキシシランおよびグリコールから選択される少なくとも1つの官能基を含有する分子である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記IDは、C2~C20脂肪族エーテルおよびC1~C20脂肪族カルボン酸のアルキルエステルからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 2つ以上のIDが使用される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 1つのIDは、脂肪族エーテルから選択され、別のIDは、脂肪族酸エステルから選択される、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 前記中間体固体触媒成分は、ステップ(b)にかける前に予備重合される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ガス状ストリームは、ガス状または液体形態の前記IDを運搬する不活性ガスを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記の不活性ガスは、窒素である、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
