Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態の二重管60Aを備えるガスタービン設備1の系統図である。図1に示すように、ガスタービン設備1は、燃料と酸化剤を燃焼させる燃焼器10と、この燃焼器10に燃料を供給する配管40と、燃焼器10に酸化剤を供給する配管41を備えている。
図7は、第2の実施の形態の二重管60Bの縦断面を拡大して示した図である。図8は、図7のD-D断面を示す図である。図9は、図7のE-E断面を示す図である。図10は、図9のF-F断面を示す図である。ここで、図9は、図7に示す断面から二重管60Bの中心軸Oを中心として90度ずれた位置での縦断面である。
Claims (7)
- 外管と、前記外管の内部に挿通され、第1の流体を流通させるための内管と、前記外管と前記内管との間の環状通路に第2の流体を導入する流体導入部とを備える二重管であって、
前記内管の外周面から半径方向外側に突出する第1の内管突出部と、
前記外管の内周面から半径方向内側に突出するとともに、前記第1の内管突出部と嵌合する前記二重管の軸方向に貫通した嵌合溝を有する第1の外管突出部と
を具備することを特徴とする二重管。 - 前記二重管の軸方向の所定位置よりも一方の側へ前記内管が移動することを制限する軸方向移動制限機構を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二重管。
- 前記軸方向移動制限機構は、
前記内管の外周面から半径方向外側に突出する第2の内管突出部と、
前記外管の内周面から半径方向内側に突出して形成され、前記二重管の軸方向において前記第2の内管突出部と当接する第2の外管突出部と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の二重管。 - 前記第1の内管突出部および前記第1の外管突出部が形成される周方向位置は、前記軸方向移動制限機構が形成される周方向位置とは異なることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の二重管。
- 前記第1の内管突出部、前記第1の外管突出部および前記軸方向移動制限機構が、前記流体導入部よりも前記第2の流体が流れる方向とは逆側に位置する場合において、
前記第1の外管突出部および前記第2の外管突出部が、前記外管の内周面から半径方向内側に突出して周方向に亘って形成された一つの環状外管突出部で構成され、
前記嵌合溝は、前記環状外管突出部に形成され、
前記第1の内管突出部が形成される周方向位置は、前記第2の内管突出部が形成される周方向位置とは異なることを特徴とする請求項3記載の二重管。 - 前記第1の流体の温度は、前記第2の流体の温度よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の二重管。
- 前記流体導入部は、前記外管の側部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の二重管。
