Description
Claims (15)
- 蓋を含む冷媒容器と、
臓器または組織を保持するように構成され、前記冷媒容器に配置されるカセットと、
前記臓器または組織を液体灌流液で灌流する灌流回路と、
前記灌流回路を再循環する灌流液に酸素を供給する酸素供給システムと、
を備える前記臓器または組織を灌流する装置であり、
前記酸素供給システムは、
前記液体灌流液に酸素を供給するように構成された酸素回路と、
前記液体灌流液に周囲の空気を供給するように構成された空気回路と、
前記空気回路を経て前記周囲の空気を前記灌流液に送り込む空気ポンプと、
前記酸素供給システムを通して前記カセットのヘッドスペース内の利用可能な酸素を前記液体灌流液に再循環させるように構成される再循環システムと、
を備え、
前記装置は持ち運び可能な臓器搬送器であり、
前記再循環システムは、前記再循環システムの吸入口と排出口の少なくとも一方にバイオフィルタを含み、
前記空気ポンプを含む前記酸素供給システムは、前記冷媒容器の前記蓋に組み込まれている、装置。 - 前記酸素供給システムは、ユーザ入力に基づいて、前記酸素回路を介して前記液体灌流液に酸素を供給するか、前記空気回路を介して前記灌流液に空気を供給するかを切り替えるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記灌流液に前記酸素および/または空気を供給するためのチューブをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チューブは穿孔されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記チューブは前記灌流液中に沈められている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記臓器を保持するためのカセットをさらに備え、前記カセットは灌流液浴をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記カセット内の前記灌流液浴に前記酸素および/または空気が供給される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置によって臓器または組織を灌流する方法であって、
液体灌流液に酸素供給するために前記酸素供給システムによって液体灌流液に酸素または空気を供給するステップと、
前記灌流回路によって前記臓器または組織を酸素供給された前記灌流液で灌流するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記酸素または空気は前記灌流液中にバブリングされる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記空気は前記空気ポンプによって前記灌流液に送り込まれる周囲空気である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記酸素回路による前記液体灌流液への酸素の供給と前記空気回路による前記液体灌流液への空気の供給とを切り替えるステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記酸素供給システムは前記臓器搬送器の冷媒容器の蓋に組み込まれている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記臓器または組織を保持するカセットのヘッドスペース内の利用可能な酸素を前記酸素供給システム経由で前記灌流液に再循環するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記空気ポンプは充電可能な電池駆動空気ポンプである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記酸素供給システムは、前記酸素または空気を前記液体灌流液中にバブリングするように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
