Description
Claims (2)
- 液化天然ガスが移動する流路を形成するインナーパイプと、
該インナーパイプの外周面を包むように形成される断熱部と、
該断熱部の外周面とその内周面が所定の間隔で離隔されてエアギャップが形成できるように前記断熱部を包むアウターパイプと、
前記断熱部の外周面と前記アウターパイプの内周面とを離隔すると共に間隔を維持する間隔維持手段と、を備え、
前記断熱部は、前記インナーパイプの外周面を中空部を有する独立した単位断熱部材が半径方向に積層して構成され、
前記各単位断熱部材の中空部の直径が前記インナーパイプの外周面から半径方向に外側に位置できるように大きくなることによって、インナーパイプの冷却により各単位断熱部材の熱膨張量が相違になってこれらの間でスリップを発生させ、
前記間隔維持手段は、断熱部の外周面を包むものであって、第1及び第2固定部材が結合してなされた固定フレームと、該固定フレームの外周面に所定の間隔で設けられて前記インナーパイプを包む断熱部の外周面と前記アウターパイプの内周面との間隔を一定に維持する保持部を備え、
前記保持部は、前記固定フレームをなす第1及び第2固定部材の外周面に設けられ、前記インナーパイプの半径方向に挿入孔が形成されたリップ部材と、該リップ部材に摺動自在に保持されて前記アウターパイプの内周面と接するガイド保持部材とを備え、
前記断熱部は、前記インナーパイプの熱膨張係数より相対的に小さい熱膨張係数を有する前記単位断熱部材により構成され、
前記断熱部は、前記積層された前記単位断熱部材の間に、前記インナーパイプから前記液化天然ガスが漏れたときにガスを独立して遮断できる空間である密着エアギャップ部を有しており、
前記各々の単位断熱部材の材料は、シリカエアロジェルからなり、前記インナーパイプは、ステンレス材からなる
ことを特徴とする船舶エンジンの燃料供給用液化天然ガス輸送管。 - 前記リップ部材の挿入孔に保持されて前記アウターパイプの内周面と接する前記ガイド保持部材の端部は、前記アウターパイプの内周面に点接触できるように曲面に形成されて相対移動時摩擦力を軽減できるようになることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶エンジンの燃料供給用液化天然ガス輸送管。
