Description
異なるアスペクト比を有する紡糸口金、ならびに異なる紡糸口金の加熱手段(水(118℃)または水蒸気(118℃1.9bar)による加熱、紡糸口金/ノズルブロックの加熱領域は上部ハウジングおよびノズルフレームであった)を用いて、標準条件で同じ紡糸溶液を用いてリヨセルフィラメントを製造した。得られたフィラメントをフィラメントタイター(最小および最大タイターと同様に平均)に関して評価し、標準偏差を計算した。本発明の文脈において、0.15以下の標準偏差(STD)は許容可能であると考えられ、0.15未満のSTDに対する値、特に0.1以下が好ましい。
Claims (10)
- アスペクト比が2を超える長方形形状を有し、少なくとも、上部ハウジングと、ノズルフレームと、を備えた蒸気加熱可能な紡糸口金を用いること、
紡糸溶液を準備すること、
前記紡糸口金と共に高温状態で前記紡糸溶液を押し出すこと、を含み、
前記上部ハウジング、または、前記上部ハウジング及び前記ノズルフレームが、105~138℃の範囲の温度及び1.2~4bar(0.12~0.4Mpa)の範囲の圧力を有する蒸気により加熱されることを特徴とする、リヨセルフィラメントの製造方法。 - 前記上部ハウジング及び前記ノズルフレームは、蒸気により加熱される、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記紡糸口金は、蒸気加熱とは異なる、追加の加熱手段によりさらに加熱される、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記紡糸口金は、前記ノズルフレームの内側の個々のノズルプレートを備える、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記紡糸口金は、5~25のアスペクト比を有する、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 温度が110~130℃、圧力が1.5~3.4bar(0.15~0.34Mpa)の蒸気を用いる、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記上部ハウジング及び前記ノズルフレームは、ステンレス製である、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記紡糸口金は、ブレーカを備える、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ブレーカは、蒸気加熱可能である、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記紡糸口金は、マルチノズルプレート紡糸口金であり、前記ノズルフレームは、蒸気加熱可能なランドを備える、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
