Description
モータハウジングの冷却水路の密封溶接方法は、
1)モータハウジングの端部において、冷却水路の開放式のターン通路をフィラー材によって密封して、冷却水路がS字形の密封通路を形成するようにするステップと、
2)前記フィラー材と周囲のモータハウジング用はんだを摩擦攪拌溶接用攪拌ヘッドによって十分に攪拌し、単一溶接シーム方式で溶接を行うステップと、を含む。
1)モータハウジング1の端部において、冷却水路の端部の開放式の各ターン通路32の部分をフィラー材2によって密封して、冷却水路がS字形の密封通路を形成するようにするステップと、
2)フィラー材2と周囲のモータハウジング用はんだを摩擦攪拌溶接用攪拌ヘッド8によって十分に攪拌し、単一溶接シーム方式で溶接を行うステップと、を含む。
Claims (3)
- 1)モータハウジングの端部において、冷却水路の開放式のターン通路をフィラー材によって密封して、冷却水路がS字形の密封通路を形成するようにするステップと、
2)前記フィラー材と周囲のモータハウジング用はんだを摩擦攪拌溶接用攪拌ヘッドによって十分に攪拌し、単一溶接シーム方式で溶接を行うステップと、を含み、
前記シール溝は、同じ円周上に位置するとともに各前記ターン通路にそれぞれ対応する複数の弧状溝であり、前記弧状溝内に配置されたフィラー材は、弧状構造のフィラーブロックであることを特徴とするモータハウジングの冷却水路の密封溶接方法。 - 前記ステップ1)において、シール溝がモータハウジングの端部で周方向に沿って加工され、前記シール溝が前記ターン通路の外側に位置し、前記フィラー材が前記シール溝内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記シール溝の底部には、前記フィラー材を支持するための支持面が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の溶接方法。
