Claims (6)
- TiAl合金であって、
48原子%以上50原子%以下のAlと、
3原子%以上5原子%以下のNbと、
0.1原子%以上0.3原子%以下のBと、を含有し、残部がTiと不可避的不純物とからなり、室温引張破断強度が400MPa以上であり、室温引張破断歪みが1.0%以上である、TiAl合金。 - 請求項1に記載のTiAl合金であって、
Alの含有率は、49原子%である、TiAl合金。 - 請求項1または2に記載のTiAl合金であって、
金属組織は、ラメラ粒とγ粒とから構成されており、Nbの偏析がない、TiAl合金。 - 請求項3に記載のTiAl合金であって、
前記金属組織は、ラメラ粒とγ粒との合計の体積率を100体積%としたとき、ラメラ粒の体積率が80体積%以上である、TiAl合金。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のTiAl合金であって、
室温のビッカース硬さが、200HV以上である、TiAl合金。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のTiAl合金であって、
800℃、負荷応力150MPaのとき、200時間経過後のクリープ歪みが2%以下である、TiAl合金。
