Description
吸入空気を濾過するエアフィルタ(10)と、
内部に収容したエアフィルタの上流側から下流側へ吸入空気を通過させる吸気通路(2)を、形成しており、エアフィルタよりも下流側にて吸気通路に露出している導電性の通路壁部(220)を、有するフィルタケーシング(20)と、
吸入空気に関連した特定物理量をエアフィルタよりも下流側にて検出するセンサ素子(32)を、有し、通路壁部と導通接続された状態にてセンサ素子をアースするアース構造(36)を、構築している空気物理量センサ(30)とを、備え、
空気物理量センサにおいてセンサ素子は、回路基板(330)を通じてアース構造に電気接続され、
アース構造は、通路壁部及び回路基板に直接接触する導電プレート(35)を有し、通路壁部とセンサ素子とを同電位でアースする。

Claims (9)
- 内燃機関への吸入空気を濾過して案内する吸気装置(1)であって、
前記吸入空気を濾過するエアフィルタ(10)と、
内部に収容した前記エアフィルタの上流側から下流側へ前記吸入空気を通過させる吸気通路(2)を、形成しており、前記エアフィルタよりも下流側にて前記吸気通路に露出している導電性の通路壁部(220)を、有するフィルタケーシング(20)と、
前記吸入空気に関連した特定物理量を前記エアフィルタよりも下流側にて検出するセンサ素子(32)を、有し、前記通路壁部と導通接続された状態にて前記センサ素子をアースするアース構造(36)を、構築している空気物理量センサ(30)とを、備え、
前記空気物理量センサにおいて前記センサ素子は、回路基板(330)を通じて前記アース構造に電気接続され、
前記アース構造は、前記通路壁部及び前記回路基板に直接接触する導電プレート(35)を有し、前記通路壁部と前記センサ素子とを同電位でアースする吸気装置。 - 前記空気物理量センサは、絶縁性素材から形成されて前記センサ素子及び前記アース構造を内包しているセンサボディ(31)であって、前記通路壁部に固定されるセンサボディを、有する請求項1に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記センサボディは、前記エアフィルタよりも下流側にて前記吸気通路から前記センサ素子側へ向かって前記吸入空気を分流させるバイパス通路(310)を、形成しており、前記バイパス通路に露出しているバイパス壁部(311)を、有し、
前記アース構造は、前記吸気通路における前記バイパス通路の分流箇所(Ss)よりも上流側にて前記通路壁部と導通接続されている請求項2に記載の吸気装置。 - 前記通路壁部は、前記エアフィルタよりも下流側にて前記吸気通路の絞られた箇所(2b)に、露出している請求項1又は2に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記吸気通路は、前記エアフィルタの収容されているフィルタ通路空間(2a)と、前記フィルタ通路空間よりも下流側にて絞られた絞り通路空間(2b)とを、含んで構成されており、
前記通路壁部のうち前記絞り通路空間を囲んでいる筒状壁部(221)には、前記フィルタ通路空間側へ向かって漸次拡径したファンネル口部(221a)が開口している請求項4に記載の吸気装置。 - 前記フィルタケーシングは、前記エアフィルタよりも下流側における前記通路壁部としての下流側通路壁部(220)と、前記エアフィルタよりも上流側にて前記吸気通路に露出している導電性の上流側通路壁部(210)とを、互いに導通接続された状態にて有する請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記導電プレートの少なくとも一部は、前記通路壁部と前記回路基板との間に配置される請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記導電プレートは、前記回路基板上のグランドパターン(330a)及びワイヤボンディング(330b)を介してグランドターミナル(34a)に電気接続され、
前記グランドパターンと前記ワイヤボンディングと前記グランドターミナルとは、前記アース構造の構成要素である請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の吸気装置。 - 前記センサ素子は、前記回路基板上のグランドパターン(330a)及びワイヤボンディング(330b)を介してグランドターミナル(34a)に電気接続され、
前記グランドパターンと前記ワイヤボンディングと前記グランドターミナルとは、前記アース構造の構成要素である請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の吸気装置。
