Claims (1)
- 剛性の内歯歯車(31)と、
可撓性の外歯歯車(32)と、
前記外歯歯車(32)を非円形に撓めて前記内歯歯車(31)に対して部分的にかみ合わせる波動発生器(33)と、
前記内歯歯車(31)および前記外歯歯車(32)を相対回転自在に支持している軸受装置(41)と、
を備えており、
前記外歯歯車(32)は、円筒状胴部(32a)と、この一端から半径方向の外方に広がるダイヤフラム(32b)と、当該ダイヤフラム(32b)の外周縁に一体形成した剛体である円環状のボス(32c)とを備えており、前記円筒状胴部(32a)の外周面には外歯(32d)が形成されており、
前記波動発生器(33)は回転入力部材であり、前記外歯歯車(32)は固定側部材であり、前記内歯歯車(31)は回転側部材であり、
前記軸受装置(41)は、軸受(42)および起歪体(46)を備えており、
前記軸受(42)は、外輪(43)、内輪(44)および、これらの間に転動自在の状態で挿入された複数個の転動体(45)を備えており、
前記外輪(43)は、固定側部材である前記外歯歯車(32)の前記ボス(32c)に同軸に固定されており、
前記起歪体(46)は、
第1円環部(47)と、
前記第1円環部(47)の内側に同心状に配置された第2円環部(48)と、
前記第1円環部(47)の円形内周面と前記第2円環部(48)の円形外周面との間を連結している起歪部としての複数本のリブ(49)と、
を備えており、
前記第1円環部(47)には、前記内歯歯車(31)および前記内輪(44)が一体形成されており、
前記第1円環部(47)の前記円形外周面には、前記内輪(44)の軌道溝(44a)が形成されており、
前記第1円環部(47)の前記円形内周面において、中心軸線(30a)の方向における一方の端の側の部位には前記リブ(49)が繋がっており、他方の端の側の部位には、前記内歯歯車(31)の内歯(31d)が形成されており、
前記内歯(31d)には、内側から、前記円筒状胴部(32a)に形成した前記外歯(32d)が対峙しており、
前記外歯(32d)が形成されている前記円筒状胴部(32a)の部位が波動発生器(33)によって非円形に撓められて、前記外歯(32d)が前記内歯(31d)に部分的にかみ合っており、
前記第2円環部(48)の円環状端面(48b)は、負荷側部材が同軸に固定される負荷取付け面となっていることを特徴とする波動歯車装置(30)。
