Abstract
轴承装置(1)具备检测扭矩用的应变诱发体(6)。应变诱发体(6)具备:第一圆环部(7),其安装于旋转侧部件;第二圆环部(8),其安装于负荷侧部件;以及作为应变诱发部的多个肋(9),它们将第一圆环部(7)与第二圆环部(8)之间连结起来。内圈(4)及外圈(3)中的一方一体形成于应变诱发体(6)的第一圆环部(7)。利用应变仪等对因从负荷侧部件作用于旋转侧部件的扭矩而使得应变诱发体(6)的肋(9)产生的变形进行检测并将其转换为扭矩。无需专用的设置空间且无需紧固连结金属件等便能够将检测扭矩用的应变诱发体组装于马达、减速器等旋转型驱动装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及具备检测扭矩用的应变诱发体的轴承装置以及组装有该轴承装置的波动齿轮装置。
背景技术
关于具备应变诱发体的扭矩检测器,将具备规定的弹性特性的应变诱发体例如架设于旋转轴与负荷侧部件之间,利用应变仪等检测元件对应变诱发体产生的应变进行测定,由此检测出从负荷侧部件施加于旋转轴的扭矩。这种扭矩检测器众所周知,专利文献1(日本特开2009-288198号公报)、专利文献2(日本特开2018-132154号公报)中进行了记载。
专利文献2所记载的扭矩传感器组装于带电动机的减速器。减速器中使用波动齿轮,内齿齿轮和外齿齿轮由交叉滚子轴承支承为能够相对旋转。扭矩传感器的应变诱发体安装于作为固定侧部件的内齿齿轮与装置壳体之间。因施加于内齿齿轮的扭矩引起的内齿齿轮在圆周方向上的位移而使得应变诱发体产生应变,利用应变仪对该应变进行检测。应变诱发体夹入于在内齿齿轮安装的圆环状的固定部件与装置壳体之间,在该状态下,利用紧固连结用螺栓对内齿齿轮、固定部件、应变诱发体以及装置壳体进行紧固连结固定。

发明内容
以往,为了将应变诱发体构造的扭矩检测器组装于马达、减速器、旋转致动器等旋转型驱动装置,需要对装置壳体、齿轮等旋转部件的供应变诱发体安装的安装部分进行加工,另外,需要安装用的追加部件、螺栓、螺钉等紧固连结金属件。为了实现装置的轻量化、紧凑化以及部件数量的削减,期望减小用于安装应变诱发体构造的检测扭矩部的空间,且能够削减安装用的追加部件。
着眼于在马达、减速器、旋转致动器等旋转型驱动装置中组装的轴承,本发明的目的在于提供一种轴承装置,其具备以设置空间小且紧凑的方式组装有扭矩检测器的应变诱发体的轨道圈。另外,本发明的目的在于提供一种组装有上述轴承装置的波动齿轮装置。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的轴承装置的特征在于,具有:
轴承,其具备外圈、内圈、以及以能够滚动的方式插入于所述外圈与所述内圈之间形成的轨道的多个滚动体;以及
应变诱发体,其具备第一圆环部、相对于所述第一圆环部而同轴配置的第二圆环部、以及将所述第一圆环部与所述第二圆环部之间连结起来的应变诱发部,
所述内圈及所述外圈中的一方一体形成于所述应变诱发体的所述第一圆环部,或者同轴地固定于该第一圆环部。
在马达、减速器、旋转致动器等旋转型驱动装置中,作为用于将其旋转轴支承为旋转自如的状态的轴承而组装有本发明的轴承装置。对旋转轴进行支承的轴承装置的一方的轨道圈相对于检测扭矩用的应变诱发体实现了一体化,或者固定于该应变诱发体。在装置内,无需另外确保用于组装检测扭矩用的应变诱发体的空间。另外,还无需用于组装应变诱发体的安装用部件、紧固连结金属件。因而,能够以设置空间较小、且紧凑的方式将具备应变诱发体的检测扭矩部组装于装置。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对应用本发明的轴承装置及波动齿轮装置的实施方式进行说明。此外,本发明并不限定于实施方式的构造。
图1(a)是示出应用本发明的轴承装置的一例的立体图,图1(b)是其立体剖视图。轴承装置1在马达、减速器、旋转致动器等旋转型驱动装置(未图示)中例如装配于旋转轴(未图示)与装置壳体(未图示)之间,将旋转轴支承为旋转自如的状态。通过旋转轴的输出旋转而对负荷侧部件(未图示)进行旋转驱动。
轴承装置1具备交叉滚子轴承2以及检测扭矩用的应变诱发体6。交叉滚子轴承2具备:外圈3;内圈4;以及多个圆筒滚子5,它们以滚动自如的状态而插入于上述外圈与内圈之间。例如,在旋转型驱动装置中,外圈3固定于作为固定侧部件的装置壳体,交叉滚子轴承2的内圈4同轴地固定于旋转轴。利用在外圈3的内周面形成的V字形状的轨道槽3a以及在内圈4的外周面形成的V字形状的轨道槽4a而形成矩形截面的圆环状的轨道,此处,圆筒滚子5以滚动自如的状态插入。
在本例中,内圈4及检测扭矩用的应变诱发体6一体形成。换言之,上述部件制作成单个部件。应变诱发体6具备:第一圆环部7;第二圆环部8,其以同心状配置于第一圆环部7的内侧;以及作为应变诱发部的多个肋9,它们将第一圆环部7的圆形内周面4b与第二圆环部8的圆形外周面8a之间连结起来。在第一圆环部7的圆形外周面形成有轨道槽4a,第一圆环部7作为内圈4而发挥功能。肋9沿圆周方向以等角度间隔而形成。第二圆环部8的圆环状端面8b是供负荷侧部件同轴地固定的负荷安装面,此处,形成有用于对负荷侧部件进行紧固连结的多个螺栓孔8c。
安装于旋转型驱动装置的旋转轴的作为内圈4而发挥功能的第一圆环部7、以及安装于负荷侧部件的第二圆环部8分别为刚体。与此相对,肋9具备预先设定的弹性特性。从负荷侧部件作用于旋转轴的扭矩经由应变诱发体6而传递。通过预先适当地设定肋9的弹性特性而使肋9产生与传递扭矩的大小相应的变形。应变仪10等应变检测元件粘贴于肋9的表面。基于从应变仪10输出的检测信号而对扭矩进行检测。
以往,在检测扭矩用的应变诱发体组装于马达、减速器、旋转致动器等旋转型驱动装置的情况下,在旋转轴等部件的周围需要确保用于安装应变诱发体的空间,且需要安装用的追加部件、螺栓、螺钉等紧固连结金属件。若利用本例的轴承装置1,则无需另外确保用于安装应变诱发体6的空间,另外,还无需追加部件、紧固连结金属件。因而,有利于装置的小型、紧凑、轻量化。
并且,应变诱发体6和内圈4实现了一体化,因此,还不会产生应变诱发体6的组装精度降低等弊端。另外,还不会产生因材料不同而产生的部件间的热应变。因而,能够期待扭矩检测精度的提高。
在此,在上述轴承装置1中,应变诱发体6和内圈4制作成单个部件。也可以作为分体部件而制作应变诱发体6及内圈4,并形成为内圈4紧固连结固定于应变诱发体6的第一圆环部7的构造。图2中示出了该情况下的轴承装置1A。
图2(a)是轴承装置1A的立体图,图2(b)是其立体剖视图。轴承装置1A的基本结构与上述轴承装置1相同,因此针对相应的部位使用相同的附图标记并省略其说明。在本例的轴承装置1A中,在内圈4的圆环状端面4c的内周侧的部分预先形成有应变诱发体安装部4d。应变诱发体安装部4d具备:恒定深度的圆环状的台阶部;以及多个螺栓孔,它们在规定台阶部的底部的端面沿圆周方向以等角度间隔而形成。应变诱发体6的外周侧的第一圆环部7同轴地装配于内圈4的应变诱发体安装部4d,且被紧固连结螺栓6a紧固连结固定。
图3是示出应用本发明的轴承装置的其他例子的立体剖视图。在轴承装置11中,外圈及应变诱发体制作成单个部件。在马达、减速器、旋转致动器等旋转型驱动装置(未图示)中,轴承装置11装配于其旋转侧部件(未图示)与固定侧部件(未图示)之间,将旋转侧部件支承为旋转自如的状态。通过旋转侧部件的输出旋转而对负荷侧部件(未图示)进行旋转驱动。
轴承装置11具备滚珠轴承12以及检测扭矩用的应变诱发体16。滚珠轴承12的内圈14固定于固定侧部件(未图示)。负荷侧部件(未图示)同轴地固定于滚珠轴承12的外圈13。由在外圈13的内周面形成的轨道槽13a以及在内圈14的外周面形成的轨道槽14a形成圆环状的轨道,此处,滚珠15以滚动自如的状态而插入。
在本例中,外圈13及应变诱发体16一体形成。换言之,上述部件制作成单个部件。应变诱发体16具备:第一圆环部17,其作为外圈13而发挥功能;第二圆环部18,其以同心状配置于第一圆环部17的外侧;以及作为应变诱发部的多个肋19,它们将第一圆环部17的圆形外周面13b(17b)与第二圆环部18的圆形内周面18a之间连结起来。在第一圆环部17的圆形内周面13a(17a)形成有轨道槽13a。肋19沿圆周方向以等角度间隔而形成。负荷侧部件安装于第一圆环部17(外圈13)的圆环状端面13c(17c)。第二圆环部18的圆环状端面18b同轴地固定于旋转侧部件。
安装于负荷侧部件的第一圆环部17(外圈13)、以及安装于旋转侧部件的第二圆环部18分别为刚体。肋19具备预先设定的弹性特性。从负荷侧部件作用于旋转侧部件的扭矩经由应变诱发体16而传递。通过预先适当地设定肋19的弹性特性而使肋19产生与传递扭矩的大小相应的应变。应变仪等应变检测元件(未图示)粘贴于肋19的表面。基于从应变仪输出的检测信号而对扭矩进行检测。
图4(a)是示出组装有应用本发明的轴承装置的波动齿轮装置的一例的剖视图,图4(b)是其立体剖视图。
波动齿轮装置30具备:刚性的内齿齿轮31,其形成为圆环形状;挠性的外齿齿轮32,其形成为礼帽形状;波动发生器33,其使得外齿齿轮32挠曲成非圆形且与内齿齿轮31局部啮合;以及轴承装置41,其将内齿齿轮31及外齿齿轮32支承为能够相对旋转。例如,波动发生器33是旋转输入部件,从马达等的旋转轴34输入旋转。外齿齿轮32是固定侧部件,内齿齿轮31是旋转侧部件。通过来自内齿齿轮31的输出旋转而对负荷侧部件35进行旋转驱动。此外,在图4(b)中省略波动发生器33。
外齿齿轮32具备:圆筒状主体部32a;隔膜32b,其从上述主体部32a的一端向半径方向的外侧扩展;以及圆环状的凸台32c,其是一体形成于隔膜32b的外周缘的刚体。在圆筒状主体部32a的外周面形成有外齿32d。形成有外齿32d的部位借助波动发生器33而挠曲成非圆形、例如椭圆状,且与内齿齿轮31的内齿31d局部啮合。
轴承装置41具备交叉滚子轴承42及应变诱发体46。交叉滚子轴承42具备:外圈43;内圈44;以及多个圆筒滚子45,它们以滚动自如的状态而插入于上述外圈与内圈之间。外圈43同轴地固定于作为固定侧部件的外齿齿轮32的圆环状的凸台32c。由在外圈43的内周面形成的V字形状的轨道槽43a以及在内圈44的外周面形成的V字形状的轨道槽44a形成矩形截面的圆环状轨道,此处,圆筒滚子45以滚动自如的状态而插入。
应变诱发体46具备:第一圆环部47;第二圆环部48,其以同心状配置于第一圆环部47的内侧;以及作为应变诱发部的多个肋49,它们将第一圆环部47的圆形内周面与第二圆环部48的圆形外周面之间连结起来。肋49沿圆周方向以等角度间隔而形成。第二圆环部48的圆环状端面48b是供负荷侧部件35同轴地固定的负荷安装面,形成有负荷侧部件紧固连结用的螺栓孔。
在此,内齿齿轮31、内圈44以及应变诱发体46的第一圆环部47一体形成。换言之,上述3个部件制作成单个部件。即,在应变诱发体46的第一圆环部47的圆形外周面形成有内圈44的轨道槽44a,在第一圆环部47的圆形内周面中,中心轴线30a的方向上的一端侧的部位与肋49连结,并在另一端侧的部位形成有内齿31d。
作为旋转侧部件的内齿齿轮31及内圈44而发挥功能的第一圆环部47、以及安装于负荷侧部件的第二圆环部48分别为刚体。与此相对,肋49具备预先设定的弹性特性。从负荷侧部件作用于内齿齿轮31的扭矩经由应变诱发体46而传递。通过预先适当地设定肋49的弹性特性而使肋49产生与传递扭矩的大小相应的应变。应变仪50等应变检测元件粘贴于肋49的表面。基于从应变仪50输出的检测信号而对扭矩进行检测。
这样,在本例的波动齿轮装置30中,作为应变诱发体46的内周侧的部位的第一圆环部47是在圆形外周面形成有V字形的轨道槽44a的内圈4,并且还是在圆形内周面形成有内齿31d的内齿齿轮31。应变诱发体46、内圈44及内齿齿轮31这3个部件制作成单个部件。
因此,若使用本例的轴承装置41,则无需另外确保用于安装应变诱发体46的空间。另外,应变诱发体46、内圈44以及内齿齿轮31实现了一体化,因此,还无需用于组装应变诱发体46的追加部件、紧固连结金属件。因而,有利于装置的小型、紧凑、轻量化。
并且,应变诱发体46、内圈44以及内齿齿轮31制作成单个部件,能够避免在组装3个部件的情况下产生的组装精度降低等弊端。另外,因材料的差异而产生的部件间的热应变也消失。因而,能够期待检测扭矩精度的提高。
Claims (5)
1.一种轴承装置,其特征在于,
所述轴承装置具有:
轴承,其具备外圈、内圈、以及以能够滚动的方式插入于在所述外圈与所述内圈之间形成的轨道的多个滚动体;以及
应变诱发体,其具备第一圆环部、相对于所述第一圆环部而同轴配置的第二圆环部、以及将所述第一圆环部与所述第二圆环部之间连结起来的应变诱发部,
所述内圈及所述外圈中的一方一体形成于所述应变诱发体的所述第一圆环部,或者同轴地固定于该第一圆环部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承装置,其特征在于,
所述内圈一体形成于所述第一圆环部,或者同轴地固定于所述第一圆环部,
所述第二圆环部同轴地配置于所述第一圆环部的半径方向的内侧,
所述应变诱发部是在半径方向上将所述第一圆环部与所述第二圆环部之间连结起来的多个肋,
所述肋沿圆周方向以等角度间隔而配置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轴承装置,其特征在于,
所述外圈一体形成于所述第一圆环部,或者同轴地固定于所述第一圆环部,
所述第二圆环部同轴地配置于所述第一圆环部的半径方向的外侧,
所述应变诱发部是在半径方向上将所述第一圆环部与所述第二圆环部之间连结起来的多个肋,
所述肋沿圆周方向以等角度间隔而配置。
4.一种波动齿轮装置,其特征在于,
所述波动齿轮装置具有:
刚性的内齿齿轮;
挠性的外齿齿轮;
波动发生器,其使得所述外齿齿轮挠曲成非圆形而与所述内齿齿轮局部啮合;以及
权利要求1所述的轴承装置,其对所述内齿齿轮和所述外齿齿轮以能够相对旋转的状态进行支承。
5.根据权利要求4所述的波动齿轮装置,其特征在于,
所述轴承装置的所述内圈一体形成于所述应变诱发体的所述第一圆环部,
所述第二圆环部同轴地配置于所述第一圆环部的半径方向的内侧,
所述应变诱发部是在半径方向上将所述第一圆环部与所述第二圆环部之间连结起来的多个肋,
所述肋沿圆周方向以等角度间隔而配置,
所述第一圆环部具备:内圈侧轨道槽,其形成于所述第一圆环部的圆形外周面;以及内齿,其形成于所述第一圆环部的圆形内周面,所述第一圆环部作为所述内圈及所述内齿齿轮而发挥功能。
