Claims (1)
- 剛性の内歯歯車と、
可撓性の外歯歯車と、
前記外歯歯車を非円形に撓めて前記内歯歯車に部分的にかみ合わせ、前記内歯歯車に対する前記外歯歯車のかみ合い位置を円周方向に移動させる波動発生器と、
前記内歯歯車と前記外歯歯車とを相対回転可能な状態で支持する軸受と、
を備え、
前記内歯歯車は、前記軸受の内輪が一体形成されている内輪一体型の歯車であり、
前記内歯歯車は、前記軸受の内輪側軌道溝が形成された円形外周面と、内歯が形成された円形内周面と、ボルト穴が開口している円環状端面とを備え、
前記ボルト穴が、円周方向に沿って所定の間隔で配置され、前記円環状端面から軸線の方向に延びている波動歯車装置において、
前記内歯歯車の前記内歯は、前記内輪側軌道溝に対して、前記軸線の方向に沿って見た場合に、当該内歯の全体が、前記円環状端面の側にオフセットしており、
前記ボルト穴は、前記円環状端面に開口するボルト通し穴部と、当該ボルト通し穴部に連続して前記軸線の方向に延びるネジ穴部とを備えており、
前記ボルト穴の前記ネジ穴部は、前記内歯に対して、前記軸線の方向に沿って見た場合に、当該ネジ穴部の全体が、前記円環状端面とは反対側にオフセットしていることを特徴とする波動歯車装置。
