Claims (24)
- 基材上にコーティングを生成するための水性スラリー組成物であって、
リチウムがドープされた珪酸カリウムの水溶液を含む結合剤であって、クロムが不在であることを特徴とする、前記結合剤と、
前記結合剤に組み込まれたアルミニウム粉末又はアルミニウム合金粉末と、
ナノサイズの酸化セリウムコロイド溶液を含む硬化触媒と、を含む、水性スラリー組成物。 - 前記アルミニウム粉末及び前記結合剤、又は前記アルミニウム合金粉末及び前記結合剤が、一液型組成物として含有される、請求項1に記載の水性スラリー組成物。
- 前記ナノサイズの酸化セリウムコロイド溶液が、前記結合剤と前記アルミニウム粉末との前記混合物とは別個に保存されている、請求項1に記載の水性スラリー組成物。
- 前記スラリー中の前記リチウムがドープされた珪酸カリウム、及びアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金粉末が、約0.12:1~0.50:1のシリケートと前記アルミニウム又は前記アルミニウム合金粉末との重量比で含有される、請求項1に記載の水性スラリー組成物。
- 基材上にコーティングを生成するための水性スラリー組成物であって、
リチウムがドープされた珪酸カリウムの水溶液を含む結合剤であって、クロムが不在であることを特徴とする、前記結合剤と、
アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金粉末と組み合わせた亜鉛粉末と、
ナノサイズの酸化セリウムコロイド溶液を含む硬化触媒と、を含む、水性スラリー組成物。 - 前記スラリー中の前記アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金粉末が、粒子径分布の50パーセンタイルが約4~7マイクロメートルの直径を有し、粒子径分布の90パーセンタイルが約11.5~15.5マイクロメートル以下の直径を有することを特徴とする、前記粒子径分布を含む、請求項5に記載の水性スラリー組成物。
- 前記ナノサイズの酸化セリウムコロイド溶液が、前記アルミニウム粉末又は前記アルミニウム合金粉末と組み合わせた前記亜鉛粉末を有する前記結合剤とは別個に保存されている、請求項5に記載の水性スラリー組成物。
- 前記リチウムがドープされた珪酸カリウム結合剤が、前記スラリー中で、前記アルミニウム又は前記アルミニウム合金粉末と組み合わせた前記亜鉛粉末を含み、Al/Znの重量比が、約8:1~1:1である、請求項5に記載の水性スラリー組成物。
- 前記亜鉛粉末が、Al/Znの所定の重量比で前記結合剤に組み込まれ、前記アルミニウム又は前記アルミニウム合金粉末が、前記結合剤と前記アルミニウム又は前記アルミニウム合金粉末との所定の重量比で前記結合剤に組み込まれる、請求項5に記載の水性スラリー組成物。

- 前記セリウムが、エネルギー分散型X線分光法(EDS)分析によって決定される場合、硬化した前記コーティングの約4~約7原子重量%の量の範囲である、請求項10に記載のコーティング。
- 前記セリウムが、EDS分析によって決定される場合、バニシングされた前記コーティングの約3~約8原子重量%の量の範囲である、請求項10に記載のコーティング。
- 基材用コーティングであって、
クロムを含有しないセラミックマトリックスであって、前記マトリックスがシリケート結合剤によって形成され、前記シリケート結合剤が、リチウムでドープされたケイ酸カリウムである、前記マトリックスと、
前記マトリックス内に埋め込まれた複数のアルミニウム含有及び亜鉛含有粒子と、
セリウム含有化合物であって、前記セリウム含有化合物が前記セラミックマトリックスにセリウム含有相として含浸された、前記セリウム含有化合物と、を含む、コーティング。 - 前記セリウム含有相の少なくとも一部分が、前記アルミニウム含有及び/又は前記亜鉛含有粒子の表面に沿って分布する、請求項15に記載のコーティング。
- 前記セリウム含有相が、前記コーティングの深さの実質的な部分に沿って延在する、請求項15に記載のコーティング。
- 基材上にコーティングを形成するための方法であって、
リチウムがドープされた珪酸カリウム結合剤であって、クロムが不在であることを特徴とする、前記結合剤と、
前記結合剤と前記アルミニウム含有粉末との所定の重量比で前記結合剤中に組み込まれたアルミニウム含有粉末と、を含む、水性一液型スラリーを提供することと、
前記水性一液型スラリーを、前記基材の表面上に塗布することと、
前記水性一液型スラリーの前記塗布層を、ナノサイズの酸化セリウムのコロイド溶液で処理して、ベースコート層を形成することと、
前記ベースコート層を硬化させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記ベースコート層の前記硬化が、約260℃未満で生じる、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記水性一液型スラリーを、前記ナノサイズの酸化セリウムの前記コロイド溶液で処理する前に、前記水性一液型スラリーを乾燥させる、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 基材上にコーティングを形成するための方法であって、
リチウムがドープされた珪酸カリウム結合剤であって、クロムが不在であることを特徴とする、前記結合剤と、
前記結合剤とアルミニウム含有粉末との所定の重量比で前記結合剤中に組み込まれた前記アルミニウム含有粉末と、
前記アルミニウム含有粉末と亜鉛含有粉末との所定の重量比で前記結合剤中に組み込まれた前記亜鉛含有粉末と、を含む、水性一液型スラリーを提供することと、
前記水性一液型スラリーを、前記基材の表面上に塗布することと、
前記水性一液型スラリーの前記塗布層を、ナノサイズの酸化セリウムのコロイド溶液で処理して、ベースコート層を形成することと、
前記ベースコート層を硬化させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記ベースコート層の前記硬化が、約204℃未満で生じる、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 基材上にコーティングを形成するための方法であって、
リチウムがドープされた珪酸カリウム結合剤であって、クロムが不在であることを特徴とする、前記結合剤と、
アルミニウム含有粉末であって、前記結合剤と前記アルミニウム含有粉末との所定の重量比で前記結合剤中に組み込まれた前記アルミニウム含有粉末と、を含む、水性一液型スラリーを提供することと、
ナノサイズの酸化セリウムのコロイド溶液を、前記水性一液型スラリーに導入して、混合物を形成することと、
前記混合物を、前記基材の表面上に塗布して、ベースコート層を形成することと、
前記ベースコート層を硬化させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記水性一液型スラリーが、亜鉛含有粉末を更に含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
