Description
[タングステン線]
まず、実施の形態に係るタングステン線の構成について説明する。
まず、タングステン線10の表面結晶粒の幅について説明する。
次に、タングステン線10の平均結晶粒度について説明する。
次に、タングステン線10の二次再結晶温度について説明する。
続いて、本実施の形態に係るタングステン線10の製造方法について、図7を用いて説明する。図7は、本実施の形態に係るタングステン線10の製造方法を示すフローチャートである。
本実施の形態に係るタングステン線10は、例えば、図8に示されるように、シリコンインゴット又はコンクリートなどの物体を切断する切断装置1のソーワイヤー2として利用することができる。図8は、本実施の形態に係る切断装置1を示す斜視図である。
以上、本発明に係るタングステン線及びソーワイヤーについて、上記の実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、本発明は、上記の実施の形態に限定されるものではない。

Claims (4)
- タングステン又はタングステン合金からなるタングステン線であって、
前記タングステン線の線軸に垂直な方向における表面結晶粒の幅の平均値は、76nm以下であり、
前記タングステン線の引張強度は、4800MPa以上であり、
前記タングステン線の線径は、100μm以下であり、
前記タングステン線におけるタングステンの含有率は、90mass%以上である
タングステン線。 - タングステン又はタングステン合金からなるタングステン線であって、
前記タングステン線の線軸に直交する断面における平均結晶粒度は、0.16μm以下であり、
前記断面における中央部より外側の外周部の平均結晶粒度は、前記断面における中央部の平均結晶粒度より5%以上小さく、
前記タングステン線の引張強度は、4800MPa以上であり、
前記タングステン線の線径は、100μm以下であり、
前記タングステン線におけるタングステンの含有率は、90mass%以上である
タングステン線。 - 前記タングステン線の二次再結晶温度は、2200℃以上である
請求項1又は2に記載のタングステン線。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のタングステン線を備えるソーワイヤー。
