Description
(1)前記ファブリックのこれら前記第二束縛糸状羽の末端には前記不規則な変形体を各々有し、前記不規則な変形体は水平方向の束縛機能を有するのみならず、垂直方向の束縛機能も有している。前記ファブリックを包帯とする場合、前記包帯の末端が堅固に粘着して緩まなくなる。
(2)前記ファブリックのこれら前記第二束縛糸状羽の末端には前記不規則な変形体を各々有し、湿った環境でも束縛機能を有している。
(3)前記ファブリックの組成繊維は一般的な衣類のファブリックと違いはなく、よって、生地となる以外に、水平方向及び垂直方向の束縛機能も有している。よって、前記ファブリックの柔軟性により、衣料、包帯、おむつ、またはバックルとして直接使用可能である。
(4)前記ファブリックは正面及び裏面に相互束縛機能を有するように製織するため、布地のように製織可能であり、形状も随意で印刷、染色、及び裁断可能である。また、全面的な束縛機能を有している。おむつ及び包帯とする場合、随意粘着させて使用可能であり、用途が無限に広がり、粘着物品のブレークスルーを引き起こす。

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1本の熱可塑性繊維を含む糸により形成し、少なくとも1つの表面には複数の熱可塑性糸状羽を有し、前記熱可塑性糸状羽の少なくとも一部分にはビーズ状体及び/または柱状体末端を有している第一束縛糸状羽を形成する束縛機能を有するファブリックであって、
前記第一束縛糸状羽の少なくとも一部分には、不規則な変形体末端を有する第二束縛糸状羽が形成され、前記第二束縛糸状羽は、ランダムかつ無秩序に分布し、全て同じ方向を向いておらず、前記ファブリックの前記少なくとも1つの表面及び複数のファイバーループを水平方向及び垂直方向に束縛する機能を形成していることを特徴とする束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法であって、
前記ファブリックの少なくとも1つの前記表面は毛羽立て及び/または刷毛の起毛プロセスを経て、前記熱可塑性糸状羽を形成する工程を含み、
前記ビーズ状体及び/または前記柱状体末端を有する前記第一束縛糸状羽を、前記熱可塑性糸状羽が毛焼きプロセスを経て形成する工程と、
前記不規則な変形体末端を有する前記第二束縛糸状羽は前記第一束縛糸状羽の少なくとも一部分をホットメルトプレスプロセスを経て形成する工程を含む、束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。 - 前記熱可塑性繊維糸の単繊維の太さは6デニール未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。
- 前記ファブリックは織物のタフタ、綾織物、及び二層組織から選択され、或いは前記ファブリックはニット生地の単面、両面、及び二層組織から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性糸状羽はステープル繊維糸が紡糸プロセスを経て生成される糸状羽であり、且つ毛羽立て及び/または刷毛の起毛プロセスにより、前記熱可塑性糸状羽を生成する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性糸状羽を、前記ファブリックの少なくとも1つの前記表面に突出する複数のリングの剪毛プロセスにより形成する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。
- 少なくとも1本の前記熱可塑性繊維糸は、少なくとも経糸方向及び/または緯糸方向に弾性繊維を備えていることにより弾性を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。
- 前記ファブリックと、対応して接着される前記ファイバーループを有する他のファブリックが背合わせ方式で貼り合わされ、前記貼り合わせた後のファブリックの相異する2つの前記表面には相互束縛機能を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。
- 前記ファブリックと前記他のファブリックとの間には弾性体が貼り付けるように挟まれ、ファブリックの組み合せを形成していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。
- 前記弾性体は高分子透湿防水フィルム、高分子通気防水フィルム、クロロプレンゴム、または弾性ファブリックから選択されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。

- 少なくとも一部分の前記不規則な変形体は複数の前記ビーズ状体及び/または前記柱状体をホットメルト接着することにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。
- 前記不規則な変形体は粗面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。
- 前記不規則な変形体は光沢面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の束縛機能を有するファブリックの製造方法。
