Description
ラーゼ阻害剤の効果を向上させるか又は増大させることを含む、併存疾患のアパシーを伴
うアルツハイマー病の治療のための5-HT6受容体アンタゴニストに関する。
下と、せん妄がないこととを特徴とする臨床症候群である。加えて、神経精神症状が最初
の診断時にすでに認められる場合が多く、そのうえ、疾患が進行するにつれて時間の経過
とともに回数及び強度が増大する。アルツハイマー病(AD)患者における神経精神症状
は多様であり、アパシーから情動不安におよぶ。

によって特徴付けられる。アパシーを伴う患者は、日常生活機能の低下及び実行認知機能
障害などの特定の認知障害を漸進的に患う危険性が増大する。そのため、このような患者
は、アルツハイマー病に罹患している他の患者よりも早期からより多くのケアを与えてく
れる家族に依存する傾向があり、その結果家族のストレスが増大する。

用量範囲が30mg/日~60mg/日である、請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の使用のための5-HT 6 受容体アンタゴニスト。

5-HT 6 受容体アンタゴニスト又はその薬学的に許容される塩、及びアセチルコリンエステラーゼ阻害剤又はその薬学的に許容される塩を含む医薬組成物。

前記5-HT 6 受容体アンタゴニストがN-(2-(6-フルオロ-1H-インドール-3-イル)-エチル)-3-(2,2,3,3-テトラフルオロプロポキシ)-ベンジルアミン又はその薬学的に許容される塩であり、前記アセチルコリンエステラーゼ阻害剤がドネペジル又はその薬学的に許容される塩である、請求項9に記載の医薬組成物。

前記5-HT 6 受容体アンタゴニストがN-(2-(6-フルオロ-1H-インドール-3-イル)-エチル)-3-(2,2,3,3-テトラフルオロプロポキシ)-ベンジルアミンの塩酸塩であり、前記アセチルコリンエステラーゼ阻害剤がドネペジルの塩酸塩である、請求項9に記載の医薬組成物。
Claims (5)
- アセチルコリンエステラーゼ阻害剤の効果を向上又は増大させることによる、アパシーがアルツハイマー病と併存するアルツハイマー病を治療するための、5-HT6受容体アンタゴニストを含む医薬組成物であって、
前記5-HT6受容体アンタゴニストが、N-(2-(6-フルオロ-1H-インドール-3-イル)-エチル)-3-(2,2,3,3-テトラフルオロプロポキシ)-ベンジルアミンであり、かつ
前記アセチルコリンエステラーゼ阻害剤が、ドネペジル又はその薬学的に許容される塩である、医薬組成物。 - 薬学的に許容される担体又は希釈剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の医薬組成物。
- 経口投与用の医薬組成物である、請求項1または2に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記アセチルコリンエステラーゼ阻害剤がドネペジルの塩酸塩である、請求項1~3のいずか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 5-HT6受容体アンタゴニストの用量範囲が30mg/日~60mg/日である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
