Description
Claims (4)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュールが使用されていた高電圧システムよりも低い電圧で駆動されるシステムにおいて再使用される、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの各々のバッテリーモジュールに連結するための、複数のブースタキットであって、
前記複数のブースタキットのそれぞれは、
前記各々のバッテリーモジュールの正(+)極および負(-)極に連結されるバッテリー連結部、
前記各々のバッテリーモジュールの電圧を変更するコンバータ、
前記各々のバッテリーモジュールの電流を外部に供給するための電流端子、および
制御信号を受信するための通信端子を含み、
前記コンバータは、前記制御信号に基づいて前記各々のバッテリーモジュールの電圧を変更するよう構成される、複数のブースタキットと、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュール全体が出力すべき総電圧値を保持するために、前記コンバータを制御するための前記制御信号を発生させる第2制御部と
を備え、
前記複数のブースタキットのそれぞれは、前記バッテリー連結部、前記コンバータ、前記電流端子、前記通信端子及び、前記各々のバッテリーモジュールに対する電圧値を測定して、前記第2制御部に送信し、前記第2制御部から前記制御信号を受信して前記コンバータの動作を制御する第1制御部を一つにモジュール化したキットを含み、
前記第1制御部は、前記複数のバッテリーモジュール全体が出力すべき総電圧値を保持するために、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのうち所定値以下の電圧値を有するバッテリーモジュールが発生する場合、前記第2制御部から受信した前記制御信号に基づいて該バッテリーモジュールに対する連結を遮断し、該バッテリーモジュールを除いたバッテリーモジュールの電圧を昇圧させる、ブースタキットを含むバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記電流端子は、
前記ブースタキットが付着された複数のバッテリーモジュールを互いに直列に連結し、互いに連結された複数のバッテリーモジュールの電流を外部に供給する、請求項1に記載のブースタキットを含むバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記第1制御部は、
前記互いに連結された複数のバッテリーモジュール全体が出力すべき総電圧値を保持するために、前記第2制御部から受信した前記制御信号に基づいて、前記コンバータの動作を制御する、請求項2に記載のブースタキットを含むバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記第1制御部は、
前記互いに連結された複数のバッテリーモジュール全体が出力すべき総電圧値を保持するために、前記互いに連結された複数のバッテリーモジュールのうち平均値以下の電圧値を有するバッテリーモジュールが発生する場合、前記第2制御部から受信した前記制御信号に基づいて該バッテリーモジュールを除いたバッテリーモジュールの電圧を昇圧させる、請求項3に記載のブースタキットを含むバッテリー管理システム。
