Claims (6)
- 圧電素子と、
前記圧電素子における第1方向の第1側の表面のうちの一部を覆う一対の外部電極と、
一対の配線部材と、
前記一対の前記外部電極及び前記一対の前記配線部材にそれぞれ接合する一対の導電性接合材とを含み、
前記導電性接合材は、前記第1方向に視て前記配線部材に重なる領域において、前記外部電極と前記配線部材との間に空隙を有し、
前記一対の前記導電性接合材のそれぞれは、互いに接近する方向に、前記外部電極の縁を越えて前記圧電素子の前記第1側の表面上まで延在して前記表面に接触し、
前記第1方向に視て、前記一対の前記導電性接合材は、前記一対の前記導電性接合材が前記表面に接触した領域で、互いに重なり合わず離れて配置される、圧電アクチュエータ。 - 前記縁は、前記配線部材の長手方向に交差する方向に沿って延在する、請求項1記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 前記空隙は、前記第1方向に視て前記外部電極に重なる領域のみに延在する、請求項1又は2記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1から請求項3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の圧電アクチュエータと、
前記圧電素子における前記第1方向の前記第1側とは逆側の表面に取り付けられた振動板とを含む、振動発生装置。 - 前記振動板の外周部を支持する枠体を更に含む、請求項4記載の振動発生装置。
- 請求項1から請求項3いずれか1項記載の圧電アクチュエータと、
前記圧電アクチュエータに電気的に接続される電子回路と、
前記電子回路及び前記圧電アクチュエータを収容する筐体とを含む、電子機器。
