Description
(a)光硬化性一次材料を供給するステップであって、光硬化性一次材料が、液体又はペースト状である、ステップと、

(d)コーティングされたオブジェクトに光を照射し、それによって、任意の光硬化性一次材料を後硬化させるステップと、

(a)光硬化性一次材料を供給するステップであって、光硬化性一次材料が、液体又はペースト状である、ステップと、
(b)光硬化性一次材料の一部を、その一部に光を照射して、連続的に硬化させることによって、オブジェクトを構築するステップと、
(c)光透過性流動性コーティングを収容するリザーバ内にオブジェクトを提供するステップと、
(d)リザーバ内のオブジェクトに光を照射し、それによって、任意の光硬化性材料を後硬化させるステップと、

体積要素をビルド方向に移動させるステップと、更なる体積要素を硬化させるステップとは、好ましくは、オブジェクトが構築されるまで繰り返される。
Claims (6)
- 積層造形によって物理的オブジェクトを作製する方法であって、前記方法は、
(a)光硬化性一次材料を供給するステップであって、前記光硬化性一次材料が、液体又はペースト状である、ステップと、
(b)前記光硬化性一次材料の一部を、前記一部に光を照射して、連続的に硬化させることによって、前記オブジェクトを構築するステップと、
(c)前記オブジェクトの少なくとも一部を流動性コーティングでコーティングするステップと、
(d)前記コーティングされたオブジェクトに光を照射し、それによって、任意の光硬化性一次材料を後硬化させるステップと、
前記オブジェクトを運動させ、それによって質量慣性力を前記コーティング中に発生させることによって、前記オブジェクトから前記コーティングをクリーニングするステップと、
を含み、
前記オブジェクトから前記コーティングをクリーニングする前記ステップにおいて、前記オブジェクトを前記運動させることは、前記オブジェクトの回転である、方法。 - 前記オブジェクトを運動させ、それによって質量慣性力を過剰材料中に発生させることによって、前記オブジェクトから前記過剰材料をクリーニングするステップを更に含み、前記オブジェクトから過剰材料をクリーニングする前記ステップは、前記オブジェクトの前記少なくとも一部をコーティングでコーティングする前記ステップの前に実行され、前記過剰材料は、前記光硬化性一次材料によって形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光硬化性一次材料に代えて、前記光硬化性一次材料とは異なる光硬化性二次材料、あるいは、前記光硬化性一次材料及び前記光硬化性二次材料が用いられる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記オブジェクトから前記過剰材料をクリーニングするステップにおいて、前記オブジェクトを前記運動させることは、前記オブジェクトの回転である、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記回転は、少なくとも第1の回転軸及び第2の回転軸を中心として行われ、前記第1の回転軸及び前記第2の回転軸は、異なる向きを有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オブジェクトは、前記オブジェクトから歯科用修復材を提供するためのワークピースを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
