Claims (13)
- 長さと幅に比べて厚さが薄いほぼ板状の結合部と、
前記結合部の一端に垂直方向へ折り曲げられた端子部と、を含み、
前記結合部は、前記端子部の延長方向に沿って順番に積層された第1金属層/常時には導電性であるが、温度が上昇すれば、抵抗として機能する物質層/第2金属層からなり、
前記物質層が、所定の温度以上で分解されてガスを発生させることで抵抗を増加させるガス発生材料を含み、
前記第1金属層が前記端子部と一体型であり、前記第2金属層がバッテリーセルの電極リードとの接続面を提供することを特徴とする、ターミナルバスバー。 - 前記物質層が、前記ガス発生材料と導電性物質及び接着剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターミナルバスバー。
- 前記ガス発生材料が、メラミンシアヌレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のターミナルバスバー。
- 前記接着剤によって前記導電性物質が相互に接続及び固定されており、前記ガスの発生時、前記導電性物質の接続が解除されて抵抗が増加することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のターミナルバスバー。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のターミナルバスバーを製造する方法であって、
第1金属層が端子部と一体型であり、断面がL字形である金属部材を準備する段階と、
前記第1金属層の上に、常時には導電性であるが、温度が上昇すれば、抵抗として機能する物質層を形成する段階と、
前記物質層の上に第2金属層を積層する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする、ターミナルバスバーの製造方法。 - 前記物質層は、前記ガス発生材料と導電性物質及び接着剤を含んで形成され、前記物質層の上に前記第2金属層を積層した後、押し付ける段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のターミナルバスバーの製造方法。
- 二つ以上のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バッテリーセルは、反対極性の電極リードがパウチケースの外部に露出しているパウチ型二次電池であり、
前記バッテリーセルのうち一つ以上のバッテリーセルの電極リードと接続したターミナルバスバーをさらに含み、
前記ターミナルバスバーが、長さと幅に比べて厚さが薄いほぼ板状の結合部と、
前記結合部の一端に垂直方向へ折り曲げられた端子部と、を含み、
前記結合部が、前記端子部の延長方向に沿って順番に積層された第1金属層/常時には導電性であるが、温度が上昇すれば、抵抗として機能する物質層/第2金属層からなり、
前記物質層が、所定の温度以上で分解されてガスを発生させることで抵抗を増加させるガス発生材料を含み、
前記第1金属層が前記端子部と一体型であり、前記第2金属層が前記電極リードと接続していることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記物質層は、前記ガス発生材料と導電性物質及び接着剤を含んでいることを特徴とにする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ガス発生材料が、メラミンシアヌレートであることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記接着剤によって前記導電性物質が相互に接続及び固定されており、前記ガスの発生時、前記導電性物質の接続が解除されて抵抗が増加することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールの外部から前記バッテリーモジュールへの電流の流れ経路は、前記端子部、前記第1金属層、前記物質層、前記第2金属層及び前記電極リードの順に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項7から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを二つ以上含み、
前記バッテリーモジュール同士を接続するために前記バッテリーモジュールのうちいずれか一つのターミナルバスバーの端子部と、前記バッテリーモジュールのうち他の一つのターミナルバスバーの端子部とを接続するインタバスバーをさらに含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項12に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含む、自動車。
