構造補強部400は、複数のワイヤで形成された第1のコード支持体410、及び複数のワイヤで形成された第2のコード支持体420が互いに層を形成し、第1のコード支持体410が第2のコード支持体420を巻き取る形状に形成され、PET1000D/2を素材にすることができ、コード支持体の幅(図3のw1)は、100mmに形成され得る。なお、第1のコード支持体410及び第2のコード支持体420は、互いに反対方向に60度(degree)を形成することができ、コード支持体の間隔(図3のw2)は25.4EPIに形成され得る。
構造補強部400では、複数のワイヤで形成された第1のコード支持体410が中心体430の上部側に結合され、第2のコード支持体420の上部側に第1のコード支持体410が結合され得る。なお、第1のコード支持体410及び第2のコード支持体420は、PET1000D/2を素材にすることができ、第1のコード支持体410及び第2のコード支持体420の幅(図3のw1)は、100mmに形成され得る、なお、第1のコード支持体410と第2のコード支持体420は、互いに反対方向に60度(degree)を形成することができ、コード支持体の間隔(図3のw2)は、25.4EPIを形成することができる。
トレッド部内に構造補強部を挿入していない非空気入りタイヤ。

Claims (3)
- 車軸と連結されるリム部と、
タイヤの外側を円周方向に取り囲む形状に形成されて地面と接触するトレッド部と、
前記リム部と前記トレッド部との間に形成され、アーチ型の上部アーチ体及び下部アーチ体を備え、地面からトレッド部へ伝達される衝撃を吸収するスポーク部と、
前記トレッド部の内部に挿入されて、複数のワイヤで形成されたコード支持体を備え、前記スポーク部の荷重支持と応力分散を遂行する構造補強部と、を有し、
前記構造補強部は、前記トレッド部の円周方向に沿って形成される中心体をさらに備え、
前記構造補強部は、前記コード支持体を構成する第1のコード支持体及び第2のコード支持体で形成され、第2のコード支持体がタイヤ周方向に対して40~85度の角度を形成して中心体を巻き取り、第1のコード支持体は、第2のコード支持体の上側面を巻き取ると同時に、タイヤ周方向に対して角度の-40度~-85度を形成し、
前記コード支持体の幅は、30~200mmであり、
前記中心体を巻き取る前記第1のコード支持体同士の間及び前記第2のコード支持体同士の間には0mmより大きく5mm以下の間隙が備わる
ことを特徴とするトレッド部内の構造補強部を備えた非空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記構造補強部からタイヤの中心を向いた面である内側面から前記スポーク部の前記トレッド部の下面に接している面である外側面までの高さが、前記トレッド部全体の高さの30%以内である
請求項1に記載のトレッド部内の構造補強部を備えた非空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記構造補強部は、ポリアミド系繊維、ポリエステル系繊維、レーヨン繊維、アラミド繊維、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維からなる群から選択される1つ以上の素材で形成されるコード支持体を備える
請求項1に記載のトレッド部内の構造補強部を備えた非空気入りタイヤ。
