Description
本発明は円筒型電池セルの分類装置及びこれを用いた分類方法に関し、より詳しくは円筒型電池セルの電圧を測定して設定領域値を有する円筒型電池同士を分類することができる円筒型電池セルの分類装置及びこれを用いた分類方法に関する。

Claims (15)
- 電池セル(B)を所望位置に移動するための電池セルピックアップ部材(100)と、
前記電池セルピックアップ部材(100)を水平方向に案内するためのガイド部材(200)と、
を含み、前記電池セルピックアップ部材(100)は、
ピックアップ胴体部(110)と、
前記電池セル(B)を持ち上げるために前記ピックアップ胴体部(110)の底面に位置する磁石(120)と、
前記電池セル(B)の電圧を測定するために前記磁石(120)の底面に位置する電圧測定部(130)と、
を含む、電池セルの分類装置。 - 前記電池セルピックアップ部材(100)は、複数の前記電池セル(B)を持ち上げることができるように複数の前記磁石(120)を備える、請求項1に記載の電池セルの分類装置。
- 前記電池セルピックアップ部材(100)は、複数の前記電池セル(B)の電圧を個別的に測定するように、前記磁石(120)と同じ個数の電圧測定部(130)を備える、請求項2に記載の電池セルの分類装置。
- 前記磁石(120)は電磁石である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルの分類装置。
- 前記電池セルピックアップ部材(100)は、前記電磁石に電源を供給するか又は前記電磁石への電源供給を遮断し、測定された電圧が所定範囲に相当するかを判断することができる制御部(140)をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の電池セルの分類装置。
- 電圧による分類が必要な前記電池セル(B)を供給するための電池セル供給部材(300)をさらに備え、
前記電池セル供給部材(300)は、
コンベヤー(310)と、
複数の前記電池セル(B)を収納し、前記コンベヤー(310)の上部に位置する1個以上の電池セル積載ボックス(320)と、
を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルの分類装置。 - 電圧測定の終わった前記電池セル(B)を一時収容する電池セル収納部材(400)をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の電池セルの分類装置。
- 前記電池セル収納部材(400)は複数であり、所定範囲に相当する前記電池セル(B)は同じ空間の収納部材に収容される、請求項7に記載の電池セルの分類装置。
- 前記電池セル収納部材(400)はコンベヤーである、請求項7または8に記載の電池セルの分類装置。
- 前記電圧測定部(130)はパッド状のフレキシブルプリント回路基板(FPCB)である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルの分類装置。
- 前記電池セルは円筒状を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルの分類装置。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルの分類装置を用いた分類方法であって、
電圧による分類が必要な前記電池セルを供給する第1段階と、
供給された前記電池セルを持ち上げる第2段階と、
前記電池セルの電圧を測定し、前記電池セルの収納部位置を決定する第3段階と、
前記電池セルを移動させて所定の収納部に位置させる第4段階と、
を含む、電池セルの分類方法。 - 前記第2段階及び第4段階は電磁気力を用いて前記電池セルを持ち上げるか又は収納部に位置させる、請求項12に記載の電池セルの分類方法。
- 前記第1段階から第4段階を繰り返し遂行する、請求項12または13に記載の電池セルの分類方法。
- 前記電池セルは円筒状を有する、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルの分類方法。
