制御装置(48)が、取得した前記測定値(62)から前記過負荷事象(65)を検出し、

輸送予定の前記対象物(103)の前記識別ユニット(109)のメモリ(110)が読み出される。 - 請求項1~10の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記エネルギー吸収体(2)の垂直方向の揚力の一部に対して快適性のための減衰(71)が実行される。 - 請求項5又は6に記載の方法であって、
輸送予定の前記対象物(103)の前記過負荷事象閾値(67)および/または最大負荷(68)が可変であり、
予め設定された前記最大負荷(68)が識別ユニット(109)に記憶され、
前記最大負荷(68)が、輸送予定の人の性別および/または年齢に依存する。 - 輸送対象物(103)を輸送するための積載ユニット(100)と、前記積載ユニット(100)で輸送される対象物(103)に作用する負荷を低減するために、少なくとも過負荷事象においてエネルギーを吸収するためのエネルギー吸収体(2)とを含むアセンブリ(1)であって、
前記エネルギー吸収体(2)が、前記エネルギー吸収体(2)によるエネルギー吸収によって、前記過負荷事象(65)において前記対象物に作用する結果的な負荷を低減するように、前記エネルギー吸収体(2)がない場合には、前記対象物(103)の損傷が起こり得る又は高い可能性で起こり得るような高いエネルギーを含む単一の前記過負荷事象(65)において、エネルギーを吸収するのに適し、かつエネルギーを吸収するように設定され、
制御装置(48)と、前記積載ユニット(100)の現在の状態についての測定値(62)を検出するための少なくとも1つのセンサ装置(61)と、少なくとも1つの前記エネルギー吸収体(2)が設けられており、
前記制御装置(48)は、検出された前記測定値(62)に基づいて、前記過負荷事象(65)を検出するように設定及び構成され、

前記制御装置(48)は、輸送予定の前記対象物(103)の重量の前記測定値を決定し、前記重量の前記測定値から、輸送予定の前記対象物(103)の負荷の閾値(68)を決定するように設定および構成され、さらに、
前記制御装置(48)は、前記過負荷事象(65)の検出時に、輸送予定の前記対象物(103)の前記負荷が前記閾値(68)以下になるように、前記エネルギー吸収体(2)の減衰を制御するように設定及び構成される。 - 請求項13に記載のアセンブリ(1)であって、
前記センサ装置(61)は、前記アセンブリ(1)に取り付けられており、
特に前記センサ装置(61)は、前記アセンブリ(1)の減衰部(4)に取り付けられており、
前記センサ装置(61)は、計量セル、負荷変換器および/または膨張測定部などの少なくとも1つのセンサを備え、
前記エネルギー吸収体(2)は、少なくとも1つの吸収体バルブ(13)を備え、
その減衰は、印加された磁場の強さによって制御され、
前記積載ユニット(100)は、前記積載ユニット(100)に作用する負荷が所定の量(67)以上になるとせん断するせん断装置(42)を備え、
前記積載ユニット(100)は、車両やボートなどの輸送手段における座席装置(21)として構成され、
前記座席装置(21)は、座席として構成された受け止め装置(101)と、座席フレームとして構成された支持装置(102)とを備え、
前記エネルギー吸収体(2)は、前記座席と前記座席フレームとの間に配置されている。
